I just received a new freezer from Good Guys Hisense HR6VFF280D from a box today. When I open the box, I cannot find the ac plug and I am wondering how the machine is working without electricity. Can you please help me?

I have a 40R4 TV bought from HN on 7 Nov 2019. Can anyone explain why, once a week, when changing the channel or checking the EPG one ends up with a black screen? Yet it magically works again when the power is turned off at the wall and the TV restarted. Thank God we will not have to put up with Chinese crap in the future.
Crap tv...I’ve had one replaced and the ‘updated’ version still does the same! Still under warranty..they would like a technician to ‘have a look’ no thank you!!!

Hi Ralph , you are only able to remove the film off our OLED range. Model 55R7 you will not be able to.
I have a 50" android tv. It is now 4 months old and my problems continue. The channel banner displays on the top 1/3 of the screen, clears for 5 seconds and the returns. Watching tv is impossible. Screen has lines all through it. Service man Max has been great. Replaced the main board but screen problems (display and fault lines) continue. Replaced the tv 3 days ago and the channel Info on the screen problem is on the new one as well. Also now a channel displays for 5 seconds and then the tv goes blank. The tv has a wired connection to the internet but playing pay tv channels the sounds disappears!! The problems are overcome for an hour or so when you do a reset but Im doing that several times a day. Only thing working for me is that I now know all my passwords and setup routines off by heart and can do a reset in record time. Not impressed. Time to wave the flag and declare HiSense. Refund please.

After seeing so many bad reviee i feel like returning the tv without even using it.

Hi. The water dispenser started leaking in our Hisense fridge. It pours straight out until the tank is empty. Have removed the tank and cleaned it. Any suggestions or new parts that could be replaced. Fridge is 3 years old.

So two days in a row I’ve been hung up on by the service centre after waiting 45 mins to be told no operators available we will call you back. No call back ! My tv stopped working after 13 months and I can’t even get into anyone this is not good enough

My smart hiscene TV have a horizontal and vertical line on screen. I am still under warranty but they told me its not covered because its my fault. They think we damage the tv which we did not . We turn the tv one afternoon and it has horizontal and vertical lines. Does anyone have same problem Or any suggestion how to claim this so they can fix my tv?
I have a similar problem. Hisense also believe I damaged it. The TV hasn't moved for several weeks. Still arguing with them.
going through the same issues,cracks and lines appearing on my 75 inch tv.was told they wont honour warranty claim and that damage is my fault.turned my tv off one night then turned it back on the next day and it had the cracks and lines appearing on the tv.no one has physically looked at tv they just have pictures i sent them.they are very poor at replying to msgs.couldnt even reach them on the phone,was sent to another higher section of hisense so that they can review decision and told it will take 2 days.im not expecting any great results but will hopefully have an answer monday and hopefully hisense can do the right thing by consumers.but for me any purchase in the future of a tv will be another brand and i urge anyone to stear clear of hisense and there constant issues.
My freezer is working fine but the fridge is not cold at all has been working fine for 8 months until now. The light temp on the fridge is still working fine as well. Anyone know what I should do?
Maybe you need to get it checked could be to do with technical problems. Not all product will work perfectly. It doesn't mean that product is not reliable. How old is your product and where did you purchase from as to the retail shop.
can you change the handles on the frig to a flatter one?
