VerifiedI have a Hisense 65UXAU cannot stream 10Play ‘live’ - playback error. Hisense support have exhausted all avenues to fix, but failed. Can I return for refund? Australian Consumer Law (ACL): If the TV was marketed as having 10Play, and it cannot perform that function, it may be considered "not fit for purpose." You may have a right to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Hisense told me to contact the store I bought from for a refund as they could not fix my issue.

I have a hi sense tv . Recently I have been unable to watch neither utube or netflix as apparently the tv no longer compatible with my Telstra wifi . Called Telstra called Hi Sense NO solutions given .

now rang harvey norman who contacted hisense supposedly getting a call back has of couse not happened faulty product and absolutely criminal customer service
I will never by a Hisense product again. Our fridge is streaming water/condensation down one side inside and food is wet and going off. The repairers they suggested don't show. The compartments are constantly falling out onto the floor. The customer service is some kids reading off a sheet by rote. Their solution was to turn fridge on and wait 20 mins and restart. Nothing changed. The control panel is confusing and my attempts to get a user guide/manual have failed. I started with a live chat and they reckoned they couldn't understand my plain English request for a user guide for our fridge. They then transferred me to their service department who didn't respond and left me hanging on their live chat forum despite being within service hours. They are not helping themselves with the way they are handling their consumers. I would never recommend a Hisense product to anyone!

All three of my remotes for my TV's have faulty buttons after owning them less than three years. Why should I pay for more? I have spent thousands on two hisense TV's. One remote has already been replaced and from others reviews above its clearly the remotes that are faulty. Can my remotes be replaced please?
My sony bravura remote volume us so faulty its agonising to use and to try to replace it to find a replacement took weeks and then it's too expensive Maybe generic universal from woolies would have been the answer ,anyway I found an ancient remote by sony that works in my shed .Look around
I have and the hisense all for one replacements are sold out with a wait til October. I dont want the same ones that play up. I wouldn't mind... but three remotes in three years? All with the same problem. The companies should replace them. Its what, thirty dollars to them but a lot of lost sales from me and everyone who reads the many reviews about all their faulty remotes. Glad you found a solution though.

When I am either watching Netflix or watching a DVD the tv just switches over to the tv channel on its own so annoying
Tv's are rubbish
Only had my 75” tv for 3 weeks black screen but with sound and hisense sent a technician, change the mother board it was looking fine. And then went to put it back on the stand there was a crack. Hisense is not covering it under warranty. I didn’tcrack it. This must poorly built. Not happy at all. Very disappointing.

I have been trying to contact Hisense since May 20 with no joy. I have a TV H6511, I have a black screen with lines across it. It’s only about 3-4 years old. A TV should be lasting at least 6-10 years. I want it fixed it replaced!
Yeah good luck with Hisense, their customer service is non-existent. My advice is not to buy these cheap brands from cheap stores like JB HIFI, best to buy a Samsung from somewhere like Harvey Norman who actually provide customer service. Hisense do not care about their customers nor their products once they have left the warehouse.
Samsung customer service are the worst, check out their reviews.
Where can I get 50 inches hisense tv screen?
Can't get through to register my fridge. Have rang 5 times and I give up after 30 mins. There is no one answering phones at Hisense phone number. Not a good sign

Hi Dan, sorry for my late reply. I know...their customer service is aweful....No one answered phone...no matter how many times. Emailing them is the way you can try. I wrote emails and complaint letter, Finally received response.

Dan i had a very similar experience to Shell, their customer service is anything but a service. Cant get hold of anyone on the phone and the only reason they reached out was when i went on to social media and called them out on being a shoddy organisation. Steer clear of them #covidcopout
Has anyone had issues in WA re gaining and maintain CH 7 reception?
Recently purchased a series 8 Hisense 65 inch tv. This is my third Hisense tv and have had no issues, until now. For some reason while watching channel 7 programs the volume seems to drop in and out. Have tried different leads and changed HDMI ports with no luck. Any ideas on how to fix
