Hi, Frank here we have heard that Lithium ion batteries can explode when over hot or overcharged. Does the Zenith STOP charging the battery when fully charged?
Mine is on permanently and I’ve had no problems up to now, had it about 2 years now, good appliance no issues
how do I change the exhaust filter on the Zenith stick vacum cleaner

The suction is working except when the bottom part with the roller is on. The lights on that bottom part are off. I cannot figure out what powered those lights, nor can I figure out how lights there effect suction when roller component (bottom part) is affixed.
How long do you have to chare a battery and how long does it last? Thanks Chad
Hi Chad, The Hoover Zenith requires up to 4 hours to be fully charged. One charge will provide a runtime of up to 24 minutes on low and up to 15 minutes on high. Regards, The Hoover Team
yes Sounds right About 15mins keep everything clean and unclogged we had a problem with running for about a minute and it was blocked on the entry to the cyclonic chamber hope this helps

Hi, The need to replace the battery will depending on many things, including usage, recharging and machine maintenance. Hi my hoover zenith will start very faintly and flash red lights after cutting off. I have charged it and the same issue is happening. What should I do? I don’t see any jam and I have cleaned everything out.
Maybe it is overheating due to blockage or dirty filters. Check filters.
I had very similiar issue. would cut out after a few seconds , then restart. Hoover said i should replace the battery which costs $109 AUD AND the filters, which i have cleaned thoroughly and checked for blockages. (none) . i have concluded that the machine is designed to sell consumables and as i said to them " i would never have bought it if I had known that. If yours is under warranty i suggest you return it

It is recommended to clean the machine and filters after each use, it is also recommended to replace the filters every 6 months. We did not advise that you battery would require replacement, this is not able to be determined unless the machine has been maintained correctly after use, filters replaced on the advised timeframe and machine checked by a qualified technician through Godfreys. Hi there. My Hoover Zenith is flashing the red light. I have changed the dust bin filter and there is no blockage on the stick or in the brush roll. Any other suggestions? PS: Warranty has just ended 2 weeks ago.

Hi I have à Hoover Zenith stick vac model EB100 & on the head where there is a grey rubber wheel on either side with a white plastic bit that is screwed in has come off 1 side can u buy a replacement for just those parts or do I need to buy a complete new head?cheers Mary

HOOVER ZENITH CORDLESS HANDSTICK - The recharger facility shows a slowly raising blue light which eventually stops to a non-moving blue light - when I use the vacuum cleaner it goes for about 3-4 seconds then stops. The blue light is then replaced with a continuous red light and I'm unable to use the cleaner. What are your thoughts???

hi my zenith when on charge flashes blue for about 5 minutes then says it’s fully charged but when you go to use the appliance it starts flashing red and won’t start? I’ve checked the charger etc. would I need to replace the actual battery or is this a different issue
