Hi I just want to know if a driver seat of a Kawasaki ninja EX300 will fit on a Kawasaki ninja EX250?

Will a muffler from a 2000 ninja 650 fit on a 2007 650?

How much for a 2014 model ninja 300?

Hi Rob Unfortunately, this bike was my wife's bike and it was sold back in 2013, when she got her full licence (and a much bigger bike). I really have no idea on values for these bikes anymore. Maybe external link  can give you a clue. I'm sorry for not being able to help.

How do you stop the gas tank from whistling? I got no idea... I would love to hear from someone

Well, first of all, we sold this bike 3 years ago, when my wife got her full licence. But she had put more than 24,000km on it before that and she didn't complain about this a single time. Hers was an early 2012 model. 'sorry for not being able to help.

I am looking at buying a ninji 250r with 80000 kms selling price is $2000 is this a reasonable price?

If it is in good state, I would say yes! But it's a bike with a lot of ks on the clock, possibly with more than one former owner. You really should ask a mechanic you trust to have a good look at it. These bikes are really resilient and reliable, but there's a limit to the punishment a machine can handle and some parts are expensive (tyres, engine inner parts, rims). We sold my wife's bike when it had 25,000 km (she was the first owner - bike was brand new when we bought it) on the clock and it was still working as new, even after a lot a ks on the open road, with the engine rolling at 6,500 rpm or more. However, unless you know the former owner and he/ she was the first one, I would say having a mechanic assessing the bike's state is a must. At the very least, you will know about the parts that will need attention soon.

Hi, can you please tell me if an unrestricted CDI unit for a ZZR 250 can be fitted to a ex250j (2011)? The plugs are different. However, I read somewhere the wire colors are the same and it's just a matter of swapping zzr plug onto the ex j. Thanks in advance for your help. Cheers, GC

Unfortunately, I don't think I can be of much help. The NINJA 250R was my wife's bike until 2013. It was kept pretty standard, serviced by our Kawasaki dealer, and we never had surprises or special needs while we kept it. That thing was small, but reliable to its very core. All the same, Kawasaki small bikes are simple beasts; so, I don't see a reason why you wouldn't be able to adapt the CDI as you intend to. However, I must say that I simply don't have a definitive answer for you. 'sorry!

Hi Wayne. I'm sorry but I can't help you much on this. The NINJA 250 was my wife's first bike and it was traded on a bigger machine more than 2 years ago. We had to replace the fairings once, but this was done by our Kawasaki dealer. To make matters worse, that bike was red, with no decals other than the standard Ninja logo.

Hey mate just wondering what to do wen you leave your bike sitting for 6months and the battery is flat? But you jump start it it goes but rev gauge doesn't work and it runs like its missing and not getting any fuel. what do I do I let it run for 15min and road it?

Hi Bec,

You can try this but, as a rule, a totally flat battery sometimes is not recoverable. Be prepared to replace it if so needed. It's never happened to me, I must say, though. 'sorry I cannot be of much help on this one.
