Why do you reply to all the negative comments with the same annoying vanilla comment? Why is it our job as customers to pester you and waste our time with your issues?
We are shocked that this company would treat a genuine 80 year old customer who would appreciate guidance in this manner, when a product is ordered & the extra bottle ordered of course should fit the Soda Stream being purchased. It would be very unlikely I would deal with Kitchen Warehouse if they have no empathy & don’t offer to exchange a product when a mistake is made. We’d be happy to pay if the matter was handled correctly. I’m very disappointed!

I visited the Box Hill South Store and was disappointed that the salesman did not have much product knowledge. He was most short with me when I asked about the VIP programme. According to the email, I was to receive a discount on the purchase, this I did not receive. He failed to convince me that he understood the working of the VIP programme at all.
Can you please explain the VIP programme to both the salesman and myself and explain as to why the s=discount was not honoured? Thank you.

This is a comment regarding a Workshop I attended at your Midland Store. The workshop was 'Sour Dough ' While I appreciated the method demonstrated by the person conducting the course. The main purpose of attending sour dough making was to learn how to make your own starter which was neither demonstrated or a recipe supplied instead, the presenter had a few small jars of her home made starter which she asked for a $10/ donation. I was completely disappointed as I have enjoyed several of your cooking/baking classes last year and walked away with knowledge, skills and recipe The presenter was inaudible even after several requests to speak up. She was given a microphone and the volume was on maximum but continued to speak down to her shoes rather than speak clearly into the microphone. For $30/ spent on the seat in this class I am very disappointed. I am a regular customer of Kitchen Warehouse and feel I wasted my money today. I have bought 3 handle covers for this frypan but none were the right size!! I have only returned one, the third one I bought was a lodge brand (small) and according to information was suppose to be the right size! Do you stock the correct handle cover?

Do you have any microwaves (not convection) with left -hand opening door (ie. hinges on the right side of microwave?).
