my VC 101 has stop working i thought it was the battery so i got a new battery for it then found out the motor has burned out so that was a waist of money it just over 12 mths old will kmart give me a refund for it.

my EV-693-S296 stick vacuum cleaner wont stay on after a few seconds. I keep trying and every time it shuts off in about 2 seconds. The light at head comes on but also shuts off. I have tried charging it for days and it shows it is fully charged. Please help

Hi Glenn, our team has advised there is no light near the brush head of this model. There are indicator lights at the top of the vacuum which indicate the level of charge though. Hope this helps!
