Hi. I was trying to refill spray bottle which was stuck and while trying to pull it out the handle came right out of the head. The fitting is not broken, but i now can’t get the handle back in the head. Help?!

Do you find the floor cleaner and mop give a hygienic clean? As I don't feel it would without the use of hot water and a cleaner. I also have laminate floors that are textured, so don't believe it would get as clean using Koh in comparison to hot water and a floor cleaner. But feel free to try to convince me otherwise..

I just removed the bottle that attaches to the koh mop and noticed a little silicon piece flew out onto the floor. I’m not sure where this goes and it’s leaking

Hi, I have been using the Koh Mop for a few years but noticed the last couple of times I have used it that the mop seems to be leaking. Having read some of the other questions from members I can see that the silicone cap is missing from inside the mop head and was wondering if I could get a replacement?
