Hi I have a saeeco extra lavazza modo mio, it makes great coffee but I'm having trouble with the pods not sitting in the correct position and they can 1: either fall straight into the bottom container 2: they are cut in the front of pod or only half pricked in the back of the pod 3: sometimes the handle is so stiff I can't bring it forward 4: other times it will work okay ???? I'm in Australia if there is a repairer or maybe its not working repairing but to get a new one. Kind regards Tom

What pods are compatible with this machine, specifically Nespresso?

Hi, The only capsules suitable for A Modo Mio machines are Lavazza A Modo Mio capsules. These are available on line, at external link  or in most supermarkets.

I have a LavAzza MIO Saeco Extra for last two year and it was working great, now machine doesn't heat up. Is there anyway to fix it?

I would guessing the element had gone if it won't heat not sure if you can have it replaced.

Hi Vahid, we recommend descaling the machine, as build-up limescale causes the machine to take much longer to heat up.You can find instructions on how to descale the appliance on page 16 of the manual: external link . If you have any further questions and are based in Australia, feel free to reach out to us via 1300 363 391 to speak to one of our product specialists.

I have just received a Saeco Lavazza A Modo Mio 'Extra' model & I have a couple of problems: 1) the bar at the top doesn't seem to click in. When I pull it forward it doesn't stop at any point, goes all the way. Is this broken? 2) I can't seem to insert the pods properly, they don't seem to fit. & 3) the brew light doesn't come on. Hence I am not able to actually brew any coffee. Are the two problems related? & has the machine been damaged do you think?
