Is there anyway if getting replacement rubber bumpers for the tray? I bought some from Amazon but they are a bit too small.
It’s very poorly designed the way they fall off while washing. I just use it without them. I also brought a stainless round roasting rack to use with it. I purchased this off eBay for $25

I have just received my airfryer and it won't turn on. Just getting an E01 code flash up on screen. What does this mean?
I bought a Lennox air fryer about 4 months ago, have used it maybe 10 times all up, finding now that it just turns off randomly or will not start. Have unplugged it, turned it off and tried to restart all without success. any clues as to what I should do?
I would return the air fryer as this is not how it works. Mine will run for a max of one hour but has never turned its self off before the set time .
