Hi Peter M Thanks for the review. Is your LG air conditioner still going ok? We have to renew our 20 year old one and was thinking of getting another LG. Will greatly appreciate your response.

I am still very disappointed with how noisy my LG air conditioner is and even though LG offered and sent a technician out, the belief was the noise is normal. It is certainly a lot more than other similar units.

Hi, I am looking to buy LG WH series (7.1 kw reverse cycle system). My question is does the air vent has horizontal and vertical swing or just vertical?

It does horizontal and vertical swing.

Thanks for the confirmation. I went through their website and the PDF brochure but could not find any reference of horizontal swing.

I have being waiting for nearly a month to get a new LG aircon to be fixed. It is so noisy that the sound goes through the wall through our house. It has being assessed as faulty yet still waiting for an outcome.
