Hi there, I am not sure if you can. You have to check with the manufacturer, last time I made this post I was advised that the product had been discontinued and I was given a refund from the store. Sorry I cannot be of much help.
What is the exact temperature of the low option on the slow cooker?
I don't know. No slow cooker that I have ever had has stipulated. It was quite low though, kept it at very gentle simmer
Can i buy a replacement lid?
I don't think you could buy an Aldi lid replacement. I have not seen them sell these Slow Cookers again either. Maybe they discontinued making them due to the shattering glass issues.
What does auto setting do?
I never had the instruction book, nor really used it, but from my understanding of other SCs it starts on high for a couple of hours, then switches to low.
I have just bought this slow cooker from Aldi but noticed when cooking a hairline crack appears and you can only just see it. I haven't taken it back because you can't see it when the lid is dry. I'm worried it might explode one day. Anyone else notice this in theirs?
I would just take it back anyway. It's obviously happened to a lot of people, don't take the risk. Before buying any appliances I now look at product review. Real comments (good or bad) from real people. Good luck :)

Must be faulty- take it back and be pleased you haven't used it.
Can I buy a replacement lid? My toddler lifted and placed it back heavily and the lid smashed into pieces.
