My lawn Marshall series 18 blows a lot of smoke when I start it and when it is running, I have changed spark plug, air filter, oil but makes no difference, it is like brand new maybe used 30 times in 5 years

Have a Massport series 18, 75dba 139cc bought new in 2019 extremely little use and have already had to return to store, replaced Carbie. It is fluctuating revs when finally able to start it took over 10 mins 59 be able to actually mow small area. Is anyone able to shed light on how to correct problem?
fluctuating revs .. without a doubt that's the air filter I've had the exact same problem it's either blocked at the inlet housing area or a very dirty filter just open the filter housing, check for debris sucked in, also remove filter, tap it out and replace
what is the overall length of a masport series 804 front axle
My 18 series is a 450 series, the front axle is not straight but curves around the cutting plate.
my mower (Masport series 18) would not stop. I disconnected the spark plug and was successful. Now it won't start! I suspect it is a small switch, but not having a manual, well you see my problem Cheers Errol
If you google Masport series 18 lawnmower manual something will come up to download, but searching under your motor brand, mine is a Briggs & Stratton but theres very little in the manual. Mine was hunting a while back and the cable lenght wasnt right the mower shop has had it running great ever since, i do the rest of my servicing myself
