Mistral 2000W Fan Heater Questions & Answers

Why is a different heater in the review as it skews the rating ? I have the same Mistral 1500W - 2000W heater and was hoping to see a comment re cost of running as my reversal cycle is not working. I use like most in the bathroom and it works perfectly and I would give it '5 stars', while some may say its noisy purchasers need to consider they bought a fan heater.
