Hi, I cleaned mine using the recommended way as instructed now it lights up but won't turn on, my question now is is there a resett code I can input in to make it work again??? ( and yes I've tried the reset button on the front right edge) . Can you help please. ptasteve@gmail.com

We have Model MA0250D the screw on the bottom right hand side of the door fell out and I think it is actually broken as it won’t screw back in properly so the door just hangs Where can this be fixed please

My oven must be a different model, no screws only a rod that runs across. Best to get in touch with Mistral.

Hi, just wondering if there is Teflon used in the interior? I have birds and can't use any appliances/bakeware with Teflon at the risk of killing my pets.

No Teflon, just stainless steel inside, I hope this helps.

My did the same thing but 2 months out of warranty. If yours stopped at 10 months it’s still covered

Do I need to pre-heat my oven and if so how do I do it. I am going to bake a pork roast in it. Thanks, Vena

No just salt your pork over night and put in airfryer and turn heat up to the highest level for 15 to 20mins then put on lower heat for another 25 to 30 minutes should come out tender thats how I do mine also I rub a bit of oil on it

Ok so I guess no one knows how high the oven is! So usually something has 3 measurements. 25L is not what I was after. I needed to know height, depth, width. So I have ?? X 13” X 15 1/2”. Anyone have an answer? It needs to fit into a particular area that is why I am after measurements!

Mines been great only thing was the globe blew but haven't had that fault its the best.sounds either faulty or overload on your power mines fine just get it checked

Mine did too, when i first got it , i followed the instructions and put it on air fryer on 170 deg for 15 minutes, kept tripping the safety switch, contacted Mistral, they are sending me a new one, great service so far

Hi. There are no measurements in the ‘details’ or information on the materials used in manufacture. I guess no part of it is stainless steel? Is it primarily aluminium?

Hi Colleen, The external enclosure is Stainless Steel. Internally, trays baskets etc. are coated steel. No aluminium contained. Thank you

Do you need to place this Air Fryer Multi Function Oven on a wooden board to protect a granite bench? I have bought one and very happy with it.

How do you clean the mistral 25 l air fryer baking tray given the chemical restraints. We have cleaned our tray carefully after every use but still have unsightly markings.
