No, never heard back from them myself. So doubt they have fixed the problem since they are ignoring. For this reason I will not order from them again. Its wasteful having to throw out what you can not use due to shortage of activator gel. Thanks

I use a Coles aloe after sun gel. It's basically the same consistency. Maybe even a few drops of glycerine to thin it out

May I ask what’s in the Cole’s after sun as I can’t find it to find out. I was thinking of mixing it with something to get use from powder

Use an after sun or 100 % Aloe Gel, it basically does the same thing as the activating gel

No you can't Joanne. I tried buying products separately out of my perfect facial regime but they wouldn't let me

how much of the powder & how much of the gel to make & mix up pl ?

Unfortunately, everyone who has purchased this product seems to have the same issue , to much powder left, according to the supplier, they don't sell any of the other products separately. I think they should make all the products equal, then we would have more facials for our money. Just a thought!

It's a deliberate attempt to get you to buy the kit again, more money in their pockets. It's extremely wasteful and has a bad environmental impact. Use an Aloe Vera Gel mixed with the powder for the same effect

I would suggest giving them a call and asking them. If its only just expirered it should be still fine to use

Iv had products for ages still use them haven't had any issues may be do a small patch test first to be sure

Hi Brenda I have had the same problem not enough of one or the other Inthe box there's enough for 5 treatments you can buy a bigger one but you will probably have the same issue. Everyone who has reviewed this product have the same issue. Maybe my perfect facial should consider selling the products separately, as all customers are screaming out for it. Hope this helps

Agreed. I have used it 3 times and there will be nowhere near enough gel for the full 10 treatments.

To get you to buy more product, maybe go for the biggest set, then you should get more for your money, as small sets I think a marketing ploy to cost you more, they know it's not 5 applications, try my idea, just a thought.

Unfortunately they don't sell them separately, it's a issue with most customers who have purchased these items maybe if you contact them directly they might be able to point you in the right direction hope this helps

Unfortunately not as my self and other customers we have all had the same issue, maybe the company who makes the product should consider selling the product's separately, I would definitely buy it and reading the reviews, alot of other customers would also.

This the problem they are not giving Enough Activa gel and to much Power .this is been Going on for Years.you need to confront them And get your money back .they gave me my money back . please don't be scared just do it . when you pay for a product they have to give you what you paid for . hope this helps

Definitely not you have to sit up & not move your face at ..for 20 to 30 min ...go on youtube and watch Penny lane do it as you get told different thing but if you find it hard to get it off use a beauty sponge ( i bought a bag pf them fot a few dollars i found that it help to remove it because definitely is hard to come off ....hope this help !

Everyones skin is different. If you've read my reviews, of findings with the products, I cant answer that for you. I've found no difference with the use of My Facial as I have good skin despite my age, no lines or wrinkles. I was just hoping for some tightness and bit of a lift. I've not had any of those results from the product.

My Perfect Eyes, I purchased as a gift, and the user has not had a good experience, and stopped using. The product leaves a white residue around the eyes when it dries, which they do not mention in the advertising, and she got a rash from the other items that were given as part of the sale- Serum and Day/Night Cream - not sure which created the rash, but the products no longer being used.

I will never purchase products from the company again, and I would not recommend to anyone to purchase any of their products.
