I don't believe the temperature on this unit is reading correctly, bought two weeks ago. It is reading the temperature of the room we are sleeping in as 29 degrees Celsius which would be far too hot for us to sleep.
Its is overlooking the cot and placed out in the open.
We will be relocating to a remote part of northern Australia and this feature must work.

Does this baby monitor record video? I want a monitor that records all night that can be saved is necessary.
Hi Ruby, you can replay view recordings for up to 24 hours with a free subscription. If you require longer, then it would be a paid subscription. The camera is designed to detect motion in the room, detect and record it - for the 24 hours on a free subscription. Oricom
Can I use the app to live stream over mobile data? Or does the app work only when connected to the same wifi as the camera?

Is there anyway to stop the camera from disconnecting? I’ve tried to reset the camera they way that is shown but it won’t reset
I had the same issue except it very quickly turned into a complete system failure (twice with 2 different devices). You have to call the company to try and resolve the issue. Go through it with them following their instructions over the phone. You’ll then get no resolve of the issue. They’ll post you a replacement device of the same model and you send the faulty camera part back to them to which you get the same connection issues again 2 months later. I’ve bought a completely different brand now and haven’t had a single issue with connection, sound, video quality, temperature control, range etc. Hope this helps!

My camera seems to be overheating and all of a sudden loses signal with the monitor. We had had no issues with this in the last 5 months since purchasing with signal. However forever having issues with the temperature as showing over what the room is compared to our Groegg. How do we fix this issue?

I am looking at purchasing this monitor. Can you advise if the actual camera part is battery operated or rechargeable (no power cord to make it work all the time) - we are happy to charge it up for it to work of a night (with a power cord) but no power cord in the room to make it work. Thanks

I have recently purchased this camera . The first one didn’t work the same day I bought it . It wouldn’t pair . I took it back to the store and now I have a brand new one and I can’t see the twins at night . The vision is terrible . I need help please if I’m doing something wrong .
