Is oricom camera model 710 compatible with the monitor for model 745? My camera broke and I am looking for a second hand one to replace it but can’t find the same model.

Hi, my Oricom Secure 710 says out of range and is beeping. I have tried to re-register it numerous times but that doesn’t work, also the LED on the baby unit doesn’t come on even though the unit is plugged in and the power is on.

Hi our 710 died after 3 years. I brought a replacement unit second hand. The camera provided with the unit pairs fine but I can’t pair either of my other existing cameras to it despite following instructions. I need 2 cameras paired with the unit. Once a camera is paired to a unit once will it not pair to another unit?

I have a 710 parent unit and monitor and recently purchased a 850PT camera as a second camera since the 710 has been discontinued. I have followed the instructions in the manual as well as searched online for troubleshooting, but cannot get the 850PT to pair to the 710 parent unit. Any suggestions?

Hi there I have a Oricom sc710 searching for the additional monitor as I will need a second however seems unavailable where I live. Is there any compatible camera for it ?
You can buy up to 4 cameras with it, but id invest your money in a different camera system for extra babies. This system is def not the best.

Hi there, the SC710 can have up to four cameras connected to the unit. A camera unit can only be connected to a single parent unit though, it cannot be connected simultaneously to multiple parent units. Oricom Baby Care.

Hi there, we recommend only using the single parent unit with up to 4 connected cameras, which will scan between the connected cameras one at a time. The SC710 system is only compatible with the SC710 cameras. Oricom Baby Care.

My oricom screen charging port is broken, were you plug the cord in on the back the silver bit has detached and the charger will only stay in there if its balancing... i have emailed the support team and still haven’t heard back My monitor is only 9 months old

Recently my parent unit froze up while it was out range screen. I pulled out the battery but now the monitor won’t switch back on. Power light is on but it just won’t turn one. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi there, unfortunately, the nature of the product means that if there is audio on the side of the camera, the mic will detect the sound, thus playing on the other side too. If you have 2 hand pieces and 2 cameras, can both cameras be paired simultaneously to both hand pieces?
