Hello- with the increase of respiratory sensitivity due to COVID and other viruses and asthma it seams illogical to stop production of Aware Sensitive Laundry Powder. Fragrance free has helped me for many years to enjoy clean clothes and been able to breathe a bit more freely. ( Severe Chemical Sensitivity) Maybe the visual marketing could be updated to society increasing needs and setting as well an online order site could help us your users and you the production company. I would not mind receiving information about where and how to buy your product. Koya1014@hotmail.com.

U can contact the aware company and they r willing to sell by the pallet (6 pack) plus shipping cost. Here’s the email which u can also find on their website, customerservice@awareenvironmental.com.au There customer service also emailed me this a month ago: “Our Aware powder product is still currently available in selected Independent stores, such as IGA/ Ritchies, Foodworks / Foodland until stock runs out”. So basically, u can contact the company and they r helpful. I ended up not buying the 6 pack cuz I didn’t want to pay for shipping plus 6 is too many for a single person. I ended up trying other brands to c if I get skin rash allergy…..happily I did end up finding a sensitive detergent that worked for my skin from chemist warehouse called Ecostore Ultra Sensitive detergent. PS Aware said they r trying to get the Aware nonfragrant powder back in grocery stores by April cuz customers r complaining that it was removed, so until Aware powder comes back in store, I plan to use Ecostore. Good luck.

Why can I not find your washing powder in any of the supermarkets? We have used nothing else for over 15 years. Safe for skin, septic tanks, the environment, our pocket and no overwhelming smell. Can I buy direct if not in store happy to buy in bulk

Hi Jill, I emailed them a while back because I’ve been using nothing else for my daughters clothes since she was born. They said the supermarkets unfortunately decided to no longer stock this item therefore they made the call to stop production

I also miss this laundry powder, prefer not to use laundry detergent in plastic bottles. I would also be happy to buy in bulk direct if the supermarkets won't stock it.

I have recently tried to purchase Aware washing powder with the baby on the front at Coles and Woolworths in Moe and there is none on the shelves. It looks like they don't stock it anymore . I have used this washing powder for years due to my daughter has sensitive skin. Can you please tell me where to purchase this product?

Hi jude, You are correct that both Coles and Woolworths no longer stock this line but you may find it in the larger Independent stores like IGA, Foodland etc. Alternatively contact our customer service email on customerservice@awareenvironmental.com.au and we can sell you directly a carton of 6 x 1.5kg

The supermarkets are playing God and not allowing us to buy Aware Sensitivite Washing Powder. I have written to Wholelife Pharmacy to ask them stock it. Maybe you can do the same.

I had the same question. Their website only shows liquids now.

Haven't seen it either. It's the only powder I can use without suffering. Their new products contain 'natural' perfumes. Crazy! If it contains fragrance, natural or otherwise, it's not a sensitive product. Will need to begin the tumultuous process of trialling a variety of other detergents, maybe within a year and several thousand dollars of ruined fabrics I will again find an effective alternative. Should have kept a years worth of product in advance.

I hate 'fragrances' natural or chemical too. They make me queasy and itchy. I've just spent $15 on Aware liquid now you tell me it has perfume in it? Good grief! Powder Aware was the best washing detergent ever IMO

Aware Sensitive Laundry Liquid 1.25L only users a rose essential oil (no artificial fragrance). This is the only way to give your clothes some fragrance whilst meeting the Asthma Councils 'blue butterfly' guidelines. AVailable Coles only. Alternately you can purchase the Aware Sensitive Powder at larger independents like SupaIGA, Ritchies, Foodland etc. Of you cant find it ask the store to get it in for you.

Hello Irene

Aware (Planet Ark)
Aware (Planet Ark)   DM

Hello Irene, Our Aware Sensitive Laundry Powder (and now a new liquid) is one of the best to use as they do not contain typical sensitises like optical brighteners, synthetic fragrances, dyes or enzymes that can all cling to clothes and irritate young skin. More importantly they have been independently scrutinised by the National Asthma Council and been 'awarded' the blue butterfly symbol indicating they are part of their 'Sensitive Choice' recommended products. We are also endorsed by Planet Ark for our environmental qualities and ethical renewable ingredients. Thanks for your question and I hope you and baby are well.
