i have a membership at one location can i go to another location and use the gym there or is it only the one i signed up for
T&Cs 8c: If your Membership permits the use of any other Plus Fitness club and your visits exceed 60% at any other club in any given month, or any other period, your Membership may be transferred to that club. If your Membership is transferred to another club, your Fees may be varied to reflect those which are applicable at the other club. In this instance the club your Membership is transferred to will be known as your ‘home club’.
What i can do about my membership still running. Me and my friend was canceled membership since April’2017 and we return keycard to them.
I just noticed a few days ago that they still direct debit from my bank from November’2017 until now. So i try to check with staff at Macquarie park branch. They’re said my membership still going but my friend membership was canceled.
So i try to ask them for refund. What i can get my money back from this situation?
Good luck getting any refund! You need to go in person and cancel. But it has to be the same one u signed up at. After my plus Fitness experience I would never ever sign up again. No way in hell they will refund you for 3yrs worth of membership
Has anyone else had any luck canceling without having to go into their home gym? Is the ACCC any use in this situation? I need to cancel - I've offered a witness signed cancellation letter to the point of even offering a selfie holding the letter and my passport on the other hand and it's the same 'you have to do this in person'

I guess to confirm your identity But I think email to them should be ok and they can use your number on file to confirm If you email them and still charge you You can contact your bank and claim it back as goods not received
I called up they sent me the link to do the online cancellation form- I didn’t go in then I called the bank to stop the DD external link
Were you informed that your membership cancellation request has been actioned only to find out later that it has not been cancelled? Can everyone affected please file a police report?
If you are having Any issues with cancelling membership and continuing to be charged by plus fitness, you should make a complaint with AFCA - the Australian Financial ombudsman. They handle complaints about incorrect/illegal charging of consumers in Australia (by any financial corporation ) and will enforce a resolution. Here is their website - external link

correct.. but there are setup fees of like $70 for the 24 hour access card. other gyms will not charge you for that

If you are a Plus Fitness Member you can use any Plus Fitness Gym in Australia or even New Zealand. If you are visiting a different Plus Fitness gym for the first time, just allow about 10 - 15 seconds from when you swipe your access card until the door unlocks for you. This is just the system picking up your visit at a different club. After that just go on in and enjoy your workout.
The Plus Fitness on Kent St is actually a Health Club which there are about 4 or 5 in AUS. You need to be paying more on your weekly membership for this club. Although there is a Plus Fitness around the corner on Kent and Market St that is covered in your $16.95 p/w fee.
Does anyone know how much personal training is at plus fitness Katoomba 24/7?
Personal Training at the Plus fitness I go to (which is awesome BTW) is $35 for half hour. My trainer gets me to warm up first so I don't apy for this and then to cool down by myself which I think is a great idea as I only pay for the actual training time ...I go to the Campbelltown one and find it great
How much is replacement access card?
As each gym is franchised you will need to contact the gym you are a member of however the standard fee is normally $29
