Hello I need to get MY MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT Via a bank chq to pay for settlement of a property, is this possible
Hi Kerry, Thanks for your enquiry. You can visit one of our local branches to obtain a cheque from your Qudos Bank account. The Qudos Bank cheque is not widely accepted for settlement payments - please check with your conveyancer or solicitor.
If you do need to obtain a bank cheque, you’ll need to supply your Qudos Bank cheque to one of our affiliated Westpac bank branches to have it converted.
Kind regards, Jana

Hi, I live in the Southwest of Western Australia. Currently trying to choose a new bank preferably a consumer owned one. My question is, Given that you don't have any branches in WA how would one of your customers withdraw a large amount of money if they wanted to? I'm talking anything above what an atm allows, what if someone wants to put some of their money into a safe or they need to pay a large sum of money in cash?
Hi Mel, Thanks for your message. It's great to hear you're considering making the switch to customer-owned banking! Customers can access Bank@Post services at participating Post Offices to withdraw up to $2,000 per day. To locate your nearest participating Australia Post office, please visit the Bank@Post website at external link . For more information about all the ways you can bank with Qudos Bank, please visit external link Kind regards, Olivia

My daughter is going to buy her very first home. Is Qudos the best bank for first home buyers?
QUDOS bank is run for its members. It started as a Qantas staff credit union and is now one of the most respected banks around. You need to research rates of course but in my experience they always have the members interests at heart. They are very helpful on the phone with little to no wait times unlike the ‘big 4’. I’d thoroughly recommend them. Been a member for over 30 years!
Thank you so much Michael. Very much appreciated. My daughter is really busy at work so I'm doing some of the leg work for my daughter.
Dear Madam/ Sir of Quodos Bank and current Qudos customers, Does Qudos Bank have a set fee schedule, or do the tellers or a manager work out fees they feel are suitible for each individual bank customer? I need to know the answer, as I am researching banks for a friend, and I'm thinking of possibly joining your bank. Regards, Anonymous762
Hi Anonymous762, Thank you for your message, and we're pleased to hear you are considering joining Qudos Bank! As a customer-owned bank we're proud to say all our customers enjoy banking with no or low fees. Here's an outline of our fees and charges when they are required: external link We hope to welcome you to Qudos Bank soon, please let me know if there's anything further we can assist you with. Kind regards, Olivia
Thank you very much Olivia! :)
Dear Madam/Sir of Quodos, Please tell me, can you block and cancel a direct debit over the phone, or do you need to visit your nearest branch to do this? Also, when you buy a checkbook, do you visit a branch to pick up your purchased checkbook. or is your checkbook mailed to you?
Regards, Anonymous762
Hi Anonymous762, The easiest way to cancel a direct debit is by contacting the company directly that is direct debiting your account and requesting they cancel the direct debit. Alternatively, we can make the request on your behalf. Please visit this page for more information on how you can switch your accounts to Qudos Bank: external link When you would like to order a cheque book, please call our customer service team on 1300 747 747 and they will arrange it to be posted to you. Kind regards, Olivia
Dear Madam/ Sir of Quodos bank, Please give me a more accurate response to my first question. My question has not yet been answered clearly and appropriately regarding bank fees. Please tell me, do the tellers and managers decide the bank fees, or is there a followed fee schedule? Yes, I read the fee brochure, but that booklet does not really answer my question. Yes, I read that fees can be waved by bank staff at times in the fee brochure schedule. There was a person on product review, who claimed in a review that he received higher and higher fees every year, then on top of that, over $200 for an annual credit card fee. I do not know if his review is fake or not. Thank you in advance. With Warm Regards, Anonymous762
Hi Anonymous762, We are proudly 100% customer-owned and pleased to offer our customers no to low bank fees on our products. Of the low fees that may be charged, they are set by our Executives and Board, and are followed as per the Fees and Charges brochure. If there is a specific fee you would like more information on, please call us on 1300 747 747 and our local customer service team will be happy to help you. Kind regards, Olivia
To Olivia, Thank you very much. Kind Regards, Anonymous762

Why is it when you do a search for the best fixed term rates online through safari Qudos doesn’t get a mention even though it’s taken across many banks???
Maybe the bigger banks don’t want you to know that there are better rates out there???
How long will it take to reach my Bendigo account?
Hi Sam, thanks for your question. If you’ve made a transfer from your Qudos Bank account to an external bank account it should appear on the next business day pending the receiving institutions processing times, however in some circumstances it can take up to 2-3 business days. If making a transfer on a weekend or public holiday please expect to allow additional processing time. Regards, Qudos Bank
