Redken All Soft Range Questions & Answers
Redken are you changing back to the original product which was brilliant or are you staying with this terrible product. I don't understand why you would change something so successful to something this bad. The old saying ....if it aint broke don't fix it. HELP!
I do not have another question I just wish to get an answer to my question from Redken.
You have asked me if I may have an answer that would assist Trish Fogg. It appears to me that her question is to Redken. I would say to Trish Fogg "I can only hope for all our sakes that Redken answer your question".
Trish, I have seen other sites where people have also been lodging complaints and discussion on the exact same Redken All Soft product. They were all different hair types, but the problems they experienced after the change in the product were the same. LETS HANG IN THERE AND HOPE REDKEN RESPOND TO YOUR QUESTION. AFTER ALL IT'S A PRETTY SIMPLE AND REASONABLE QUESTION. REDKEN......JUST SAY YES OR NO AND THEN EVERYONE CAN MOVE ON AND GIVE ADVICE TO EACH OTHER ON AN ALTERNATE PRODUCT THEY MAY HAVE FOUND, WITH A DIFFERENT MANUFACTURER, AS THIS ONE ISN'T INTERESTED IN LOYAL CONSUMERS OPINIONS.
The fact that they don't answer means it's a Big No I'd say ! Not happy , they must have sold off the brand , maybe to China.
