Hi, I have a 2015 Renault Koleos Sport Way. The electric passenger seat does not move up and down when engaging the button. The other lever that operates the seat forward and back an tilts it is working. Any advice on what the problem is? - thank you
It could be a blown fuse or a faulty switch is there anything jammed under jammed under the seat take it into a mechanic I’m sure they will fix the problem I hope this helps
Thank you Annette, I was hoping it was something simple that I could have a go at.
Have just taken delivery of a 2025 renault koleos intens 4 x 4 and am delighted with the car. W ish to hard wire a dashcam but can't find a fuse diagram anywhere giving me info on what fuse does what. Fuse box I want is behind the glove box but no indication of fuse numbers or what they control - nowhere in car manual or printed anywhere on vehicle. Appreciate any input please.
I think you really have to contact Renault it will be under warranty they will give you the right answers I’m not sure if you do it yourself it would void the warranty sorry I couldn’t answer your question they are the right people to help
Renault advise that they do not include fuse box layouts any longer.
We have a 2008 Koleos diesel automatic gearbox which seems to rev very high before it changes gear (if at all on the motorway, to go into 6th gear). Is this a low oil problem or another problem with the gearbox? Thanks David
Take it to the dealership they have the right mechanics to look at your problem
I have 2017 koleos and the temperature on the screen won't change whilst turning the knobs. It's stuck on 24 degrees but the temperatures in this car seems to vary whilst the knob is being turned.
The screen still works, but it's like the temperature is stuck

The only time i had some weird behaviour of my 2017 Koleos display was for about a week before my battery died, the car was starting fine but the reverse camera took ages to come up and the navigation a couple of minutes to operate, i don't recall if I tried to adjust temp when that was happening. In hindsight I think the battery was failing and the voltage wasn't right which made the electronics behave oddly. I ended up replacing the battery on the weekend after it just barely turned over starting and everything returned to normal behaviour once i had a new battery :) I dont know if this is related to your issue at all but hopefully it helps someone.
Thanks for that I did replace the battery around march /April last, year kinda hoping its not that, but the battery has a warrant if it is. In saying that, I did get a weird message the other night that the reverse camera was disconnected

I have a Renaul Koleos. Live in Queensland Australia. Hour can I change the volume of the warning messages for school zones? They are very loud. The manual does not even refer to them
Usually on most systems there’s dual volume control: the active volume can be adjusted while speech is in progress. So while it’s giving instructions or going into a school zone quickly turn volume down
i just buy koleos intens 2022 and while accelerating transmission jerks little bit and when speed comes down or slow then it feels that car going in the lower gears as feel like manual transmission, can any one please explain if going under same.thnx

The CVT is a belt, and tries to maintain the engine speed rpm no matter how fast you're going. So sometimes you will get a "noisy slingshot" feeling: noisy at acceleration and deceleration. You may prefer a normal torque converter with many steps instead. Also the car is too big and heavy for this engine so it will sound like its working hard. If you're worried buy a scan tool, and see if any codes are thrown.

Check your battery and alternator. When multiple lights come one it’s usually something related to battery especially if it’s old or had been discharged severely or not recharging properly or left standing to long.

Just today my Renault Koleos control screen is tell me I need to unlock my SIM card. I have no maps atm The card isn’t locked that iv seen amd it’s not been touch It was fine yesterday and suddenly today it’s says please move lock slider into unlock position. But nothing makes any difference???
I have a Koleos 2019 Intens Diesel.Since the past couple of months I have experienced a loss of power when starting again from the traffic lights. Also when I start the car after it has been in the garage for the night, it takes almost 30-45 secs for the engine to start. The car is due for its 3rd servicing. Can anyone advise what the issue might be?

Forgive my ignorance but I've got a 2009 2.5l koleos and I want to do a oil change, I don't have manual so I thought I'd ask on here exactly where is the filter and is there anyone I need to know before getting started, thanks in advance, Ron
