Hi thanks for that, but the only stockists I could find are for heating. How do you remove the wheel?
Hi Helen K, Thanks for the question. We can provide you with an assembly instruction manual that may be helpful for you. Please raise a ticket and we can make the necessary arrangements. The outdoor BBQs are no longer manufactured and spare parts are not available for this product.
Thanks, Rinnai Australia
How do I raise a ticket? Above it said that wheels were able to be purchased
Hi Helen K,
We have no stock left as the units are 20 years old. You may be able to locate a generic wheel to suit. Unfortunately we cannot assist any further with this matter.

Hi Kim, are you looking for jets or burners?
The bit the gas comes out - flame
Ok, you mean the burners then. Have you tried cleaning them with sand paper and poked all the holes out? This could be a cheaper option. If not I have six brand new burners I purchased as spares.
Hi i have a Grand Outdoor purchase in the early 2000. just looking at replacing the burners. I realise it is old and you may not stock replacements but can you tell me if there is a compatible product on the market.
Hi Margaret Kay, thank you for your question, due to it's age we do not have any spare parts for this model and cannot confirm any compatible product on the current market.
Thanks Rinnai Australia
Hi Margret, I have six brand new Burners I bought as spares with my Rinnai Grand Café in 2001. Let me know if you are still searching for replacements.
Darren
Hi Darren, I got the old wire brush out, plus the use of a heavy sand paper i have managed to clean them up. Amazing what hard graft does. Now i am sanding and painting the other parts that have rusted. I still thinking the Weber BBQ is calling me.
I have a Weber sitting right next to the rinnai that has taken over the show. Rinnai only gets used twice a year for bigger occasions. I highly rate both bbqs though. Cheers
I needed 2 burners for the Rinnai Grand Cafe (330mm) and was just about unable to find anywhere. I came across this thread and spoke to Darren. Darren was able to send me 2 burners. They are in great condition and I've now got the complete 6. Thanks Darren!
I Darren, I know this thread is old but do you happen to have sny burners left for the Rinnai Grand Cafe and an ignitor by any chance. Cheers Jason

I have a gourmet 5, how to change from log to natraj gas?
Thanks for the question Reggie, it is possible to convert a Gourmet 5 BBQ from LPG to Natural Gas. You will need to order a conversion kit from any good plumbing supply company and have this installed by a licensed gas plumber. If you look at the Rinnai website at external link you can enter your postcode and your nearest suppliers will be listed.
Unable to read the compliance plate on my Rinnai Grand Cafe are they compatible for conversion to Natural Gas using the conversion kit?
Thanks for your question, the Grand Cafe was compatible for conversion, unfortunately due to the age of the unit we no longer have the conversion kit available.
