When cutting any timber pieces against the blade of a Ryobi ebw4023l as you continue to cut the blade tends to alter direction of cut - what do I need to do to have a straight cut?
Could be many things but I would suggest the following as a start. Make sure the tension on the blade is correct. Make sure all the blade guides are adjusted correctly - don't forget the one below the table. Do not push the wood through the bade too hard. Use sufficient pressure to allow the bade to do the work and don't force the wood through.
I have a small wood project to make.. I want to know if this ryobi bandsaw model can cut a 5 inch thick by 7 inch width?
No. The max. thickness it can cut is 80mm (just over 3 inches).
