Samsung 890L French Door SRF890SWLS (Stainless Steel) Questions & Answers
VerifiedMPN: SRF890SWLSWhat Samsung replaced this fridge?
Hey John, at this stage, we don't have similar French Door refrigerators to this model. However, I've provided our link below to our current range of French Door refrigerators: external link Kath Samsung AU
Bit late responding to this BUT... I wouldn´t touch any of the Samsung soda stream fridges without checking out independent reviews. Personally won´t be touching Samsung fridges or washers ever again. Have another smaller fridge that packed up with little use, a large top loader washing machine that has given me nothing but grief. Nothing personal against Samsung, love their phones, love their laptops.
Wondering if I am still able to get the fridge seals for my Samsung SRF890SWLS MODEL and where in Perth if I can
Hi My SRF890SWLS fridge isn’t cooling enough (15-18C), but freezer is just fine. I’ve cleaned coils and fan which seems to be working fine. Also I’ve tried to turn the fridge off for ten minutes and reset it by holding power freeze and power cool for ten seconds, but nothing has helped to improve the cooling.
Sorry to hear of the cooling issues you are currently experiencing with your Samsung refrigerator, Tom. I have provided a link to our user manual below: external link On page 53, you should find some trouble shooting steps for the above. Please let me know how go!

Hi Tom, how did you go? What was the fix in the end, as we are having these issues now.
We have had our fridge for 3.5years now and really appreciate the inbuilt soda water function. However I am wondering if it is just us that has issues with the ice produced? We find that ice out of the fridge causes a drink to completely bubble over. It is like the ice is also carbonated. The ice also looks whitish or brittle. It is a pain - so we prefer to use ice out of our free standing ice-maker. Like an earlier comment - we also find that soda is dispensed at a satisfactory rate - while water is dispense REALLY slowly. That also is very annoying. Also have to agree with earlier writer that not being able to clean crisper draws and the remnants of food that get caught between plastic layers at front is a design problem Hopefully it has been addressed in more recent models?
Apart from those issues just reported we are really happy with our fridge. Keen to hear if anyone can fix our cloudy, bubbly ice problem though
does my fridge need to be taken away to get re-gassed?
We haven't had to as yet but my understanding is that technicians actually do that insitu at your home
No one is going to take my fridge out of my house
Hope that helps
