I have same problem. This product will NOT help and does nothing for face wrinkles either. Waste of money.

a super facelift cream which is manufacture on 01/2012 is not smooth as it used to be. in fact it like there are fine sand mixed in it. I am wondering that if it has a new ingredient or some kind of wrong mixture? should I continue using it or bin it? need an answer please..

I'm unsure about this but it's now 2015 and my jar is white with no sandy/grainy texture which, I assume, is the norm? Did you happen to find out? Maybe it was a bad batch?

Hi, it was a bad batch, Skin Doctor asked me to return them and got all replacement. A new batch r white n smooth as they used to be.

I have just repurchased another jar of this from Priceline and I know what you talk about! The very fine sand! I am breaking out in extremely itchy rashes all over my face and breaking out. It says it was manufactured in 2015 though, so it's only a year old, but I never broke out with the last few jars I had.
