Plug it in and push the middle button to power it up. Use the RH button to cycle through the cooking options and then press the centre button again to start.

Amazon have some generic ones that are designed to be multifit. You'll need to measure the width between the holder and the drive. We've never used ours but I've no idea where it is.

how do i dehydrate fruit in the 10L air fryer?
The S&N doesn't have a dehydrate setting but you can set the temperature to 125F and then the duration will depend on what fruit you are dehydrating but 3 hours would be a starting point for most.

When you say it's turning on does the element heat up> If not, it's probably the element which has failed.
Looks like yes. It is turning on and off, we can choose the options bake roast etc . But the food is not heated up. Yes the element has failed.

When doin a stir fry can i just use the base pot itself..? As in the pot part that comes out for washing it up
We have but just be careful to use a non stick uitensil as the Teflon coating is known to be fragile.
