Does softly wool wash need to be rinsed out?
The original Softly (developed by the CSIRO) was a fabulous product for washing woollens, blankets and other delicate items. The scent was an essential part of the product. Items washed in the old Softly had a lovely fresh smell and were clean after washing. Now that Softly has been amalgamated with Martha’s Wool Wash, woollens now smell like toilet cleaner after being washed. I will not be using this product again. Yuk! Is it possible to restore Softly to its original state? Why would you change a successful product that has been scientifically developed for washing wool in Australia?
can i use Softly in tepid water to hand wash lambswool still attached to the pelt? Many thanks.
I don't see why not though it's probably better to double check with the pental products hotline which can be found on the bottle or contact telephone directly assistance - alternatively you can Google their hotline number
Another option you have is to contact the company that made the lambs wool item and ask them as usually products like that are usually directed towards the special woolens and delicates clothes washing liquids and / or clothes fabricsofteners r
Who are the retailers?
Woolworths and IGA stores sell "Softly". Coles Stores in my area at least, do not sell "Softly", preferring to sell another product for washing woolens. I have not tested the brands sold by Coles.

Yeah > I used to do shopping at Coles though more at Woolworths nowadays and I'm pretty sure I've seen this product in laundry needs isle
