Won't go into paring mode, have tried factory resetting and manually putting into pairing mode but to no avail. Have pulled the unit apart to check bluetooth module was getting power which it seems to, however every other pin is only outputting 0.2V
Speaker won't go into pairing mode. Have tried factroy reseting and holding down function button but still won't go into pairing. Happened overnight as was working yesterday. Have pulled apart the speaker. The bluetooth module is getting 3v3 so is getting power.

Not the only issue. I have Two also and both have had new chips put in them due to not turning on.
there only 3 things go wrong if there power ut it will not turn on its the on and off switch. the other is the onboard fuse on the power psu and the last is the capasitor inetween the 220 round conponents on the amp board
there a company in bolton will fix it ut you have to send them the part and you have to becareful how you diconnect
The power comes on lights work fine but i cannot connect bluetooth or hear any sound at all any ideas? I reset already.
Same here. Worked fine one day now won't play via Bluetooth or usb.

Hi..nah soz didn't get fixed as couldn't find anyone to have a look/repair it. Sitting in back of cupboard as hate to part with it.
