Hey, where you ever able to source spare parts? I just brought one second hand too and clips broken on 2nd seat
I have one of these in my possession at the moment. It is for a young mum who doesn't have a lot of money so I want to fix it for her. The issue is with the locking mechanism. Putting on the brake doesn't work. Wheels will not lock. She bough it second hand and the lady "conveniently" forgot to tell her this was an issue. I have taken it apart trying to find the issue, but so far not sure. Hard when there are no photos of the inner mechanisms. It is a three wheeler and obviously no longer under warranty. Can I get some pics of the inner mechanism. Thank you.

Will a strider compact second seat fit to be the second seat (at the bottom) on a strider plus 3?
Hi Melissa B. Thanks for your question. A Steelcraft Strider Compact second seat cannot be used with a Steelcraft Strider Plus Stroller as the second seats are different in width therefore, will not fit. My strider plus 3 is pulling to the left. How do I fix it?
Could be the front wheel. Our's broke after a couple of years use. Made it hard to push and It use to collapse under the pram. We bought a new wheel from Steelcraft. Think it was about $60-$70 from memory.
Hi Legz1712, thanks for your question. We would recommend that you remove the wheels as you may have dust, sand or dirt in where the back wheels click into to. The best thing to do is pull the wheels out get a teat bottle brush and where the wheel goes into give it a good clean to get any debris out of the hole. Then once its all clean get a silicone based lubricant (this is not to be confused with WD40 or CRC which is more suitable for rust) and put it onto the axel (the piece that locks into pram) and that should fix the problem, prams are like cars and need maintanance. Please feel free to give us on 1300 303 330 if you would like to discuss this with us in further detail. Kind regards, The Britax Team
