Hi there, I try and pop the lid off with the buttons on the side like in the instructions, and nothing happens. The airfryer is definately in the level position.
My AF5100 is a danger to health. The handle to transport the receptacle from machine to bench failed dropping very hot food on my feet and damaging my wood flooring. I examined the handle & found the front "claw" has warped, Probably due to the heat of the device. I consider this a dangerous fault, we are dealing with very hot material, & wonder what your doing about it.

Just got my second sunbeam halo air fryer. 5 days later the top element has stopped working and it no longer glows definately not heating sufficiently to cook. Is this a known fault? I had my other one for 2+ years with no issues until the element exploded

Hello there, They are the same product with a cosmetic colour difference, AF5000 is silver and the AF5100 has green accents. The product is only available in New Zealand - external link The Sunbeam Halo+ DuraCeramic comes with 12 month warranty, retailers may have their own warranty program and that can be added to this.

The Sunbeam halo air fryer has been a great asset in the kitchen. Still works but the plastic lid now has crack in it and this is all that is needed for it to keep doing its job. Does anyone know where you can get spare parts for Sunbeam from as their website doesn't provide much info. Thanks .

Hi Team- I went into Briscoes Hornby New Zealand today and am very tempted in buying one of these Halo+Dura ceramic airy fryer but I'm quite hesitant after reading the reviews. It seems that when you buy something like this it only has a 12month Manufacturer warranty- Why is that? you would think that when you pay this amount your warranty will last for longer. Hope someone from Sunbeam can answer.

I love my halo airfryer, the only thing that annoys me is that you can not adjust the temperature, so I find it difficult to follow a recipe as I don't know what temperature it's set to.

Hi it appears it does not have a temp control. What they say is look in the cook book weight of the food and now much oil to use, that's the answer basically
