just purchased sunbeam 11fin 2500 wyesterday turned it on .after an hour it's started clicking non stop tried it again today same thing kept on clicking .

Does the heater require water in the container on the side ?

Hi Samantha that's optional. It adds a bit of humidity to the room.

I received sun beam 7fin oil heater about 2 years ago still in the box I opened the box put it on the red light comes on but not heating please help Sanjay.bisram@za.nestle.com
