Can anyone give me the spec details of the Chef's toolbox pressure cooker? I need to replace the seal and not sure of the measurements as cannot get CT replacement parts. Is it 8L pot and what are the dimensions. Thanks in advance
I too have been trying to get an answer from Chefs toolbox. My pressure cooker is not working. It leaks from the top & the red pressure valve doesnt pop up anymore. Also the red strainer (colander) used once & the red part came away from the silver metal top. Good money paid for the goods but no after service. Selling things at top $ for poor work manship/goods. Now what to do about all this.
Same with mine. In fact most of the things I have bought are useless. It’s absolutely disgusting that when purchased it had a lifetime guarantee then soon after it went under

If anyone didn't receive Chefs Toolbox products that they paid for, please go to your bank and advise them that you paid Chefs Toolbox for goods and didn't receive them because they went into liquidation (they will look it up on ABN search) i.e. you didn't receive the goods in exchange for the money you paid so you should get a refund.

Hi Joan. I have no idea where you can purchase a fry pan from Chefs Toolbox. I can't get hold of them anymore, even through their website. They owe me a replacement saute pan from about two years ago which they promised to do so but haven't come to the party - not even replying to my emails! I would never deal with them again and advise anyone not to do so. They stopped selling their products in NZ but I don't know if they still sell in Australia. Sorry I am no help to you but good luck.
