I received my 20” bar and 3 x chains but the the chains are too big for the bar and jam up in the guide . Either the chain gauge is wrong or the bar guide is the wrong gauge

I would check that the Bar grove is not full of excess paint, it can happen. Use a thin scraper and run up and down the insides of the grove a few times and see if that fixes your issue. You don't want the chain sideways loose in the grove, if if goes in all the way by hand chances are it just wants a clean and some oil. Make sure your chain fits neatly round the drive gear and tip spigot to see if its the right gauge plus the chain teeth are usually identified with a stamp, you can check the new against the old. Failing all that contact the seller.

I want to know what time-frame I can expect for a response from TOOLSTORM after my order arrived 3 Chains SHORT? 3 for the price of 6 makes them VERY EXPENSIVE CHAINS!

Has anyone else had trouble with backpack brush cutter? Motor works, attachments fit, but the joint attachment won't lock the shaft into position. When operating, shaft and attachment rotate. Little help?

I think there is a locating hole for the bolt to bed into so that the shaft stays in one position. When the line runs out on the trimmer attachment i will have to throw mine away because the trimmer attachment cannot be opened to fit new line. A single use item all round.

Totally agree with ereal about the locating hole for the shaft. Very hard to change attachments as I need a screwdriver to push the locating pin down far enough to free the shaft. Need a mallet to get the chainsaw attachment free. Would not recommend the product at all.

I have a toolstorm Industries blower - model ET1006 which is no longer working. I just rang the phone number on their listing and was told to 'check the number". No-one seems to get a response to phone calls or emails? Seems that once they have your money you are on your own. I had issues with my multi-tool and had no response to my questions. Poor quality copies of equipment with no after-sales service whatsoever. Don’t think you will be getting any help with your issue, I am sorry to say. I adapted parts from another multi- tool but the motor is always cutting out and can’t be tilted whilst running!
