Why does the monitor on powersave still have sound coming through when the screen in off?
Hi Adam, Thank you for contacting Uniden Australia. Sorry to keep you waiting. I understand your concern. Let me help you with that. In relation to your concern, this means that your VOX feature is On. If you want for the sound not to transmit, then you should also need to turn Off the VOX feature from the settings. However, the only downside to this is that if the VOX feature is Off, then the monitor won't be able to wake up if there is a sound, not unless you press any button into the monitor.

Hi, I have just purchased a second camera and cant seem to work out how to select quad view on my monitor?
Hi Yolandi,
On the Monitor there is a CH (Channel) Button. Press that to switch from single to quad view.
Camera working however sound has randomly stopped - only purchased 9 months ago! What to do?
We have uniden monitor, this is our second one in less then a year, had to return our original one as it wouldn’t alert us when our baby was awake, screen blank and no noise even though our baby is screaming. We got a replacement one and not even 6 months later it’s happened again. Anyone had this before? Is it something we are doing? So frustrating.

Very disappointed. Does not last off charge very long at all. Because of that I have to use the baby watch app but there are always issues. It continues to say connection failed even though my wifi works for everything else.
My monitor is not turning off and the night light just turns on by itself

How do you keep white noise lullaby on repeat from screen monitor, it’s on the circle icon which I assume means repeat but it just plays next track

My camera 1 was workign fine for abotu 2 weeks, then all of of a sudden it was saying it was out of range, even if we are standing right next to it. also when it does connect its very very delayed. Camera 2 seems to be working fine. How do we fix camera 1?

Our monitor keeps saying out of range. Its been working a charm up until today. As soon as monitor is 3m away. Drops out of range.

Hi Tamara and Kirsty H., I do apologize for the inconvenience. It might be having an issue with regards to the pairing. Please try the troubleshooting below. 1. You may try pairing the camera to a different camera channel and then test it out. 2. Try doing a Factory Reset. Kindly go to the Menu > System > Reset. Then test the system again. 3. Reset the monitor and the camera - Press and hold the reset button located at the back of the Monitor and Camera. There should be a tiny pin hole there. Press and hold the button for 15 secs while the unit is ON. Once it turns OFF, release the reset pin then turn it back ON and then test it one last time.

Our monitor doesn’t last a night. We take it off charge at 10pm and by 4am it is flat.

This happens to me to. Uniden Customer support has been absolutely hopeless. They keep telling me to reset the system… but that doesn’t work at all.
What type of Ethernet cable do you need to connect the monitor to internet

My monitor says "out of range" unless I'm standing in my baby's room right in front of the camera. The minute I turn my back to the camera so that the camera is not in front of the monitor it starts "saying out of range". Pretty useless as doesn't do what I intended it to do which is to notify of when my daughter needs me through the night. I've only had the thing for 2 weeks. I have sent your customer service an email already and waiting to hear back. However, I'm thinking I want my money back on this useless product.
“Out of Range” except if you stand right outside my daughters bedroom. Have turned monitor & camera on/off. Extended antenna. Checked all connections. Still being met with the same screen. Any advice?

Hi, I’ve just set up my BW3012 cameras. How do I get the cameras to pan and tilt using the monitor screen? The joystick doesn’t seem to be moving them even on single viewing screen?? It works in zoom mode but not normal viewing. Please help

Just want to confirm before I purchase for my daughter both Uniden & app dock. As long as the app dock/monitor is connected through Ethernet cable, her partner with just mobile data(not wifi) whilst out on the road can login to the app & see the baby? Also they have stable wifi but baby's room is up other end of house, do people have issues getting & keeping a signal?
