Can I add a second camera to my vtech BM2700 monitor? The screen shows a video icon beside the number 1, so is it possible to add another camera? If so, how will the two screens be shown?
No you can't, the monitor is only capable with the camera that comes in the same box. It won't link up to another camera. We went through 3 of these because none of them held charge or charged to full even after 3 full days plugged in. Don't waste your money, the current lots are dodgy and the company will just keep sending a new one with the same problem as the first. Try Orion
Thanks. I actually have this model monitor and yes, the charge doesn't last long, but was curious about another camera as I saw the icon on the screen and wondered if another could be paired.

Does this monitor use a usb to charge or is it an ac adapter? Looking for a monitor to take camping!

Can I turn off the white noise on the parents monitor, but the baby can still hear it?
If not, this is a very frustrating feature when trying to relax in the evenings, and a noisy monitor beside me!

Why does my screen always stay on, even when it's plugged?
All of a sudden my monitor bm2700 vetch monitor there is a picture but no sound even with the volume all the way up the sound will be there then cuts out till I press a button how can I fix this

I get a lot of white noise even when VOX is turned down to the lowest setting. Is this a fault? I didn’t have this problem with my previous vetch monitor
Yeah that shouldn't happen that much, maybe try and return it get a new one.

Can the charging light (neon yellow/green) on the camera be switched off? It’s very bright in the baby’s blacked out room.
Na it can't, but its not bright at all.havent had problem with it or bub getting distracted with the light:)
No it can't. Paint over it with dark nail polish or use bluetac.
On the camera in baby’s room the light on it keeps flashing why is that?
I don’t have one, but reading other reviews and questions on here, I’m thinking it sounds like the charging light. Presumably it doesn’t need to be plugged in while operating, can be charged and then unplugged, this may solve your problem. Apologies if I’ve misinterpreted.
Because it means it's on but no one is watching. When the light is on but not blinking, someone is watching the parent unit.
Just bought this and camera won't work tried turning off and on still no luck any ideas get sound.

I bought this model less than a year but I am having difficulty trying to connect to the camera for several weeks. The screen kept on showing no link to the camera. I have switch on and off, and even switch off the main switch of the camera but it doesn't connect. Can someone please advise what I can do to connect to the camera?
I'm having the same issue can not get it to connect to say my life.
We have not used the monitor for a few months and now I cant get the camera to link. Three light on the camera is solid green but the parent unit says "no link to camera". The link/pair button on the side of the camera does nothing
I'm having the same issue. After not using it for a month or 2 it seems to disconnect. I think that they already come paired and I haven't found any answers how to reconnect them even though there's a pair button.
Can additional cameras be added to this device?
Not 100% sure, the screen shows camera one and the instructions says will display which camera you are viewing. I would contact manufacturer to be on safe side
