Why does my iroom 600 only go round and round in circles. ?? Used to be good but now ultra frustrating

I bought a walkabout 600 vac and it doesn't pick up dirt and frequently gets stuck and goes back into rooms that have been done.I looked it up and highly recommended on another site .So what gives?

I’ve had the same experience and purchased after reading the high reviews on the Mifo site. I tried to post a 1 star negative review about the product on their site through Judge.me and what a surprise the ‘admin’ didn’t accept it even though I verified my details. I had to post my review here instead. Clearly a lack of transparency and so disappointed with the product.

Anyone have any luck with correspondence with the supplier? I have been emailing and trying to get a refund as ours is useless, doesn't pick up pet hair, one of the side sweeper brushes stops intermittently. Only used it a few times over the space of 2 days. Gets stuck on or bumps into everything and only took itself back to dock once. They have offered a replacement but keep replying with exact same standard email when I ask for refund ignoring my request for a refund.

I’m surprised you got offered a replacement, we’ve heard nothing after several attempts. Have almost given up now and considering just binning it as it frustrates me to look at it every time I open the pantry cupboard sitting there collecting dust whilst I continue with vacuuming. Sorry not to have better news to share.

I had the same experience of standard reply emails, however to my complete surprise I received a replacement. It must have taken many months though. I don’t expect the replacement model to last more than a couple of months. Will never buy from mifo again. They should be banned from the country. Also, don’t expect any real help from ACCC, who are powerless against companies like mifo who give the impression of being in Australia but in fact are China based.

How is the water tank removed? The plastic cover comes off but the water tank is sealed and attached to the body of the unit. I'm wondering if I was sold a dud. After only one use, one of the side brushes lost almost all its fibres. No extra brushes were given. Customer service refuses to answer queries. There is no website from which accessories can be ordered. Terrible service.

Sorry I can’t help, I found the vacuum function so dreadful it’s almost been sitting in the cupboard for the 3 months I’ve had it I haven’t even dared try the water tank! I tried contacting customer service too and the place I purchased it to see if a refund was at all possible but no reply or answer. I’ve tried to forget it was purchased and just left my review here to potentially assist others in making a decision. Sorry I can’t help.
