Mine has just stopped working. Power into it. No light or display, just not running. 3.5 years old. Any ideas. Not very happy but handles are good.

Is a refund available? As this product is not fit for purpose, due to the numerous design flaws.

I bought this one about 3 years ago. The handles keep coming falling off. Since the day we bought it has done this we have just kept putting them back on. I should have called Westinghouse in the beginning. It’s so frustrating. The freezer drawer stainless steel has now started to come away where the handle is as well. Is there anything that can be done.

Does anyone know if you can manually fill the ice section? Mine is not fitted to the plumbing. I didn’t realise it would affect the ice maker as well when I purchased it.

How do you fix the locking tab (non hinge side of door) on the LHS fridge door. It looks like a pair of wires is broken. One has to manually align the tab to get it to close each time.

Hi, I'm trying to adjust the doors on my WHE6000SB as they touch slightly at the top on opening and closing. I can't find how to adjust them. I can't find a nut to turn or a hole for an allen key etc. Video or photos would be good - the ones I have found on the internet don't match the bottom hinge area of my doors. Thanks

Hi we are experiencing a common issue by the sounds, where the fridge slowly rises in temp. We turn it off overnight and it will cool again once turned back on but only takes a week or so and it is hot again. The motor is kicking in and out. Has anyone found what the issue is?

Freezer door handle broke off. Pedestals that screw into handle and then attach to clips on freezer are broken on each side. Need a replacement urgently but can't find the part on westinghouse website.

There are some sellers offering full handle replacements, but they are 3 handles that I don't need at $350 and I'm not sure they even include the broken clips...

Hi We purchased this fridge just over 12-months ago and the top section of the fridge has ceased cooling. We have attempted to trouble shoot this, based on comments we have read, however this has not fixed the issue

pourchased a WHE6060SA two years ago and for some time the right hand door makes a loud click or popping noise when opened and closed. Any ideas on what couses this and how to fix it. Apart from that, very happy with the unit.

Hi Westinghouse, I have brought a fridge wHE 6060 SA and the freezer handle is broken, can I get the handle to replace the damaged one

We have this fridge but the 'SA' model and I find that the water dispensing very hard to operate. Problem being you have to push very hard to get the water to flow. Sometimes just does NOT come out at all, new filter and there is 650kPa water pressure. Other than this all working fine. Please help as my 95 yo mother can't get water! Peter

Right hand door handle is loose. How do I remove the door safely? Then…How do I tighten it?

Purchased this fridge and had it installed today. Was told freezer would be cold within 3 - 4 hours. 12 hours later freezer still not really cold, and no ice. Not impressed.

Is there anyway to make the water dispenser pour the water out quicker, takes ages to fill a cup

Has anyone experienced the entire upper fridge compartment freezing everything? Turned the temp up from the regular 4 degrees and took the frozen stuff out. Set fridge to 6 and the following day everything was frozen again.

Hi, the fridge I have is a WHE6060SA ( don't know what the difference is?) The problem we have is you have to push extra hard on the silver leaver to get water out of the dispenser. It is if the leaver on the inside of the fridge door is bent in and just needs to be adjusted????Can someone please explain on how to do this? Every operation of the fridge/freezer works well, it's just the getting of the water out. (and no it does not appear to be frozen up as the water flows well when you make the switch. Peter

Had our WHE6000SA fridge for almost 4 years and it’s not cooling at all. Lost all our groceries, fruit and vegetables plus range of drinks. It’s not responding to any alterations it’s simply not cooling the contents at all. No technician in West Gippsland can find the solution nor want to take the repair matter any further. Just simply state it’s a poor and unreliable refrigerator. Very disappointing
