Do you mean the attachment that gets attached to the wall? Mine came with one but I haven’t attached it yet and I just lean the vacuum cleaner up against the wall, or lay it flat in a spare bedroom. It doesn’t take up much space, not like the other style vacuum cleaners.

I had bought the viomi A9 from Aldi and after a month the battery doesn't charge anymore.

Hi DTM, considering that your post is now 8 months old I'll post some comments here for anyone else that looks at this questions seeking help. I also bought mine from Aldi. in 2021. I only recently started using it. It worked a couple of times but now the battery doesn't charge. There's no known way to fix the battery issue. There doesn't appear to be any warranty for this item apart from the one that Aldi provide via the purchase receipt. A replacement battery will cost you around $100 which is a joke. Warranty info at Viomi's PANMI website points to ALDI and ALDI's website suggests referring to the warranty "sticker" on the box or the warranty card. Neither a sticker, nor info printed on the box nor a warranty card are anywhere on/with the box. Very frustrating. Ulimately I went into the Aldi store that I purchased the item and they willingly refunded the item, which was fantastic as I was very annoyed and grieved by the situation. I'm hoping you were also able to get a happy resolution to your situation.
