that it wouldnt fit my queen sized linen, or spin dry anything properly. It is as good as a normal washing machine IMO. The spinner is powerful!! Couldn't be happier. I got mine from BIG W online. In the video, I have a queen fitted sheet in the spinner. It could fit 4 pillow cases too, easily, but i'm just happy to have it so i'm not in a rush.

well.

To pay an electrician to pull them out and return them ... and fight for my money back or for replacements ... then to have to pay the electrician to come back again and reinstall them is ridiculously expensive and I should not have to pay for it.

So I am not happy !

*Some fans have rusted completely over the outside finish, very soon after being installed while others are showing the start of rust over the outside finish.

*The plastic light covers are very flimsy and pop off, with one cover falling to the floor and braking, near where we were sitting and others popping off thank god onto soft furnishings.

*The parts of one of the ceiling fans have probably rusted internally ... don't know and I should not have to pay the electrician to come out again !

The ice maker itself was ok and initially we were happy with it. Longevity left a lot to be desired though. We had one replaced under warranty and the next two died just outside warranty. We have now stepped up to a Morphy Richards one that we love.

turkey for Christmas dinner. The turkey was thawed and to be cooked at 180 deg for about an hour. The stove took for ever to reach 200 deg, measured with an temperature gun and after 3/4 hour the stove had only reached 134 deg. so I turned the dial up to 250 deg. In another 20 min it had reached 200deg. The oven is fan forced and it still took 13/4 hours to cook. I do not recommend this oven for anything other than pre cooked fish and chips etc. Very disappointed.

OK budget bar fridge/ freezer but with a few short comings – OK bar fridge at good price but with some short comings. The fridge is compact and lightweight for portable use and comes with a freezer compartment.… Read more

Adjustable shelving allows multiple storage options and the inclusion of a light is an added feature for a budget product. The freezer component while not big will quickly chill up a couple of drinks and will keep ice frozen but not food storage for any length of time. The major shortcoming is the freezer/chiller flap, it is a flimsy plastic hinged cover which is subject to breakage when the compartment requires defrosting ( which is often). The manufacturer actually give themselves up on this by stating a disclaimer in the warranty by stating “it is not covered under warranty as susceptible to breaking due to excessive ice build up.” Good luck with that exclusion under Australian consumer law.!!! Anyway for a few dollars more a aluminium flap may overcome this problem and then you would have a pretty good value package.

left and then go to bottom left etc. Pot then starts to boil again, but then goes off the boil and have to change to another hot plate. This is all 4 hotplates. AND the area in between the hot plates is not large enough to take a fry pan and say, a pot. You have to use one large and 3 very small pans/pots to use more than two hot plates. AND if you place a pot or a pan on the controls (as there is not enough room) it sets the system off. Had it 5 weeks and regret having it installed.

single burner stove and am extremely happy with it and the speed of cooking and control. I have a small induction kettle that boils 400 mls in under 5 minutes , I use thermo pot or dream pot cooking for meals so extremely happy with my 2 modes of cooking. However I can’t fault the sx induction cooktop for speed and control and would highly recommend it as a powered cooking method. I was camping with someone who was off grid at the same camp and had her camper set up for induction cooking but it required a lot of power I think 2000 amp but I’m happy with my compromise

very good – I received my Devanti heater today from Mydeal. It arrived in about 5 days from interstate.. I was worried that winter would be over before it… Read more

arrived but it arrived well within the estimated delivery time. The heater was $69 with free delivery.. I had just bought a ceramic heater for a similar price but it is too small. So I looked for something bigger and found the Devanti 2200w unit.. The heater is quite stylish and large it has 4 bars and a thermostat which seem to function well.. But on my first use i had to turn it down as i was already getting hot with only 2 bars on.. The heater boasts infrared and convection.. but it appears more likely just a radiant heater.. It is very nice and it gives off a lot of heat.. you will not be cold with this heater.. There have been some reviews regarding the wheels falling off .. but i had no such issue.. there are 2 plates that go on the bottom of the heater.. screwed on by wingnuts.. the wheels are pushed onto the posts on the plates.. Before i installed the plates on the heater i put the wheels on the plates.. they require a good push and then they click onto the posts.. it is not a problem.. Overall i could not ask for more.. the heater is good.. delivery was fine.. and price was nice. what more can you ask for.. hopefully if i use it carefully it wont put too much on my electricity bill.. I would recommend this heater to others for 69$ and with free shipping, its a good deal

Good product, but hope nothing goes wrong. Cannot recommend Devanti – Initially it was a good heater. We did have to install a separate 15w power supply which cost more than the heater but it did a good job for a few… Read more

years. Recently the remote stopped working. It was out of warranty (12 months) so I went back to the manufacturer. There have been numerous emails and sometimes it takes 2 or 3 days to get a reply. Since the light on the unit flashes on when the remote is pressed, there is communication going on but it will not stay turned on. It can be turned on manually but you need a ladder. Tried new batteries without success. It may or may not be the remote and since it is communicating, maybe not the remote. After numerous emails, I discovered they have no suggestions, no service in Sydney, nobody to talk to, and could not help except suggesting I buy a remote. I asked if I could return the remote if it did not work? Answer, NO. Overall, the heater does the job, just pray there are no problems. If you have issues, you may have to throw it away. An expensive solution for what may be a simple problem.

Since writing the review I have had over 20 emails. They cannot help. Initially told me I could buy another remote but it might not fix the problem. No return if it didn't work. When I asked the price, the remote was out of stock. I asked when it would be in stock, but they don't know. Have dealt with [Name Removed], [Name Removed], [Name Removed], [Name Removed] and [Name Removed]. There is no continuity and I keep either getting asked the same question, or a reply that does not answer the question. Final email was someone suggesting changing the batteries in the remote which I said I had done in my first email. I doubt it is the remote, as a light flashes on the heater when the remote is pressed. It will not stay on. Using manually, the light stays on. The remote is communicating, but the heater will not stay turned on.

Although the heater works well, I would warn anyone against buying the brand because if something goes wrong, there is little hope of getting it fixed. I can only turn it on manually, and it is over 2m off the ground. I need to use a ladder.

This is the latest email I received from them. Thanks for contacting us. Kindly note that we have double-checked the part and regret that we don't have spare remotes to sell and it won't be available anymore. Should you need any further assistance, please feel free to contact us. Kind Regards, [Content Removed]

Anyone suggest what I should say?

do so because this one has shelves so while you can open the door unless you find baskets that fit inside you can't see what's in the freezer without pulling items out. Poor design. So far it works okay but I can't make the best use of the space as I can't find baskets the exact size of the shelves.

Light enough to be portable and very cooling – We needed something between a fan and the AC out in the family room. This is perfect. It's not icy cold like the AC but it cools the room beautifully instead of just circulating the hot air as most fans do. I love it.

was not clearly displayed but imbedded in the specifications. I am still not even clear what 15a refers to. Whilst I appreciate they mentioned in in a manner of speaking their returns are atrocious. It will cost more more than I paid for the product to return the thing after they take fees to restock etc which is outrageous and then having to get it to their warehouse. I would not recommend buying through Big W marketplace.

This is a healthy power saving device – This is the second Air-Fryer we have owned but this particular model is better it is smaller at 2.5 ltr but big enough for a family of 4 the big plus is power economy at 1200 watts it will lower your energy bill .. good cooking

immediately tripped the fuse again. Shame because it was easy to use and clean and great size for a small household. Intend to buy another once the refund is processed - hoping I just got unlucky. If you're going to give it a go, definitely keep the receipt and avoid any sketchy online retailers that would make a warranty return a hassle. I got mine online through Kitchen Warehouse and the local physical shop made the warranty claim quick and painless.
