Repeat buyer – Delicious, we got this bread accidentally in a shop online. I am glad I did as I have been using it as toast and I feel so much better less bloated using this bread. I also could not tell it was gluten free.

I am writing this to highlight a major recurring issue with Tip Top sliced bread. The attached photos show significant "gumming" and structural… Read more

damage to the loaves. This occurs when the product is sliced before the internal temperature has stabilized. As this has been a persistent issue for several months, it’s clear that immediate action is needed on the production floor. Customers expect a clean slice, not a squashed loaf filled with doughy remnants.

Taste stale – I used to love this bread, however something has changed, it taste stale now. It used to feel so fresh even after 3 or 4 days. Going to have to… Read more

change brands to something that taste fresher and softer on the day its purchased. Still taste great for toast though.

I love this fruit bread. Ceoliacs and those on a gluten free diet have been starved of this luxury. The addition of thicker slices makes it truly competitive with non gluten free. The only reason it didn’t get five stars the fruit was a bit sparse.

I recently noticed a size change in Tip Top Muffins but somehow the weight of the pack has remained the same at 400g. There seems to have been a… Read more

sneaky recipe change that has made the product more dense and stodgy and quite frankly inedible. The sly change in recipe has also increased the calorie count from 110 to a massive 140 calories. It is incredible to believe that such a large increase in the fat content and overall calorie count isn't clearly comunicated (other than the packaging standards regulations) to the consumer that there has been such a large change. Out with the old strategy of shrink-flation and in with a new form of what feels like deceptive behaviour simply to increase profits.

Best Breakfast Toast – This has been my 'go to' breakfast toast for ages. I can't buy it anymore and hope that Tip Top will reconsider this decision to discontinue this delicious bread. I have 1 slice left :(

I used to regularly purchase Tip Top Spicy Fruit English Muffins but haven’t done so for over a year. I’m not sure what is going on but I have… Read more

noticed that they seem to have a lot less sultanas in them now. Maybe it’s because it’s Easter time and all the sultanas were used in hot cross buns. I still don’t mind these English muffins but I do look forward to finding a sultana in every bite for a little flavour to what would be a very boring feed without it.

One thing I do like is the best before date is printed in black in on a blue tag. This makes it easy to read. A lot of other baking companies have white print on tan tags and they are impossible to read.

Also I don’t understand why I have to cut the muffin down the middle so I can fit it in the toaster. I have enough to do as it is. I get crumbs all over the table and I end up with crumbs built up at the bottom of my toaster. I have to press down firmly on the crumbling cut side of the muffin to avoid this. How hard would it be to employ a muffin splitter in the factory?

All in all, I don’t mind eating Tip Top Spicy Fruit English Muffins, but because of the quantity of sultanas Im only giving three stars.

very best raisin bread I have ever tasted, it is delicious! The slices are nice and thick and it toasts beautifully. Scrumptious with butter. The balance of spices is perfect too. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

these are nothing to write home about. A hint of pizza sauce powder in the mix. How do I know about the sauce, I've been a bakerdfor 35 years and use that exact sauce and know that flavor anywhere. There are no herbs as such present in them, just a hint of flavor. Don't waste your money on these, not worth it.

Nothing gourmet here – While these are pre-sliced & taste nice at 220g for 4 buns they are way too small for anything but a young child’s burger. At $5.50 from Woolworths… Read more

online they are definitely NOT worth the price. As a comparison normal Tip Top burger buns are about 350g for 4 buns.

in my household so when I get a standard size of white toast bread half of it goes stale and gets wasted before I can finish it. I don’t have this problem with this super thick toast. It’s great for poached eggs, when toasted it is thick and it is fluffy in the middle. It’s like bread you get in a cafe
