little, they love to fall asleep in it with the gentle vibration and bounce - when they are a little older, they love the angle and sit and watch TV or read a book in it like a kid-recliner. Out of all the crap you get for babies that is useless, this has actually proven to be a worthwhile investment. We previously used a seat that had a lap strap only, but once he was more mobile he would almost tip himself over in it. We purchased the rocker because of the shoulder straps that would keep him from sitting all the way forward while resting his tummy after food or bottles. I love the fact that he can use it even as a toddler as a regular chair. The only problem we’ve had is that the way the seat reclines (kinda of more like a car seat shape) we have to help him hold his bottle up enough to get everything out of it once it gets low. good choice with good price

first 4 months then had to change to the bottom level as my baby is large in size. Not only is this travel cot beautiful but it is also practical. The width of this cot is slightly smaller than the standard portacot widths, but it is this tiny fraction that allowed me to move it around the house through doorways without collapsing it.

The mattress is thick and soft enough for my baby to sleep on it. I now use this as a playpen for my baby. Sturdy, beautiful, practical Expensive

Overall it has a small size than the bright starts, The cantilever angle is not as upright, at 7.5kg-8kg baby is in a reclined position (not helpful for burping or play), the activity toy bar almost hits baby in the face and is in my opinion semi-hazardous, toy bar is unable to be switched out with alternative toys and becomes boring to baby. I would instead suggest a cheaper brand with a standard metal bar toy bar. We bought our bright starts bouncer for $25 at Kmart.

only trouble is it puts him to sleep :) Its fantastic to hang their favourite toys off or just for them to listen to the soothing music as it rocks itself and you can get some washing done. I was very lucky to have this given to me by a neighbour but they seem very reasonably priced and come on special at Kmart sometimes. Great little product Has a mirror or a panda for bub to look at, or you can hang toys off, its completely portable and battery operated and it even has music with volume setting Yes the batteries do wear out after around a month but anything battery operated that is used frequently will. Peace and quiet has no price!

for quite a while. I used to be able to get a few things done in between feeds etc. Pregnant with bubba2 so will be using again soon. Excellent product. Don't think you can purchase brand new now as it is about 2.5-3yrs old. Would definitely recommend. Colourful. Like the music it plays and the different settings it can be placed on. Huge Pro, the vibration part to it, gentle but soothing. Hard to get to the battery section to replace. Needs a screwdriver to take apart if you take it some where in the car (only seems to be a problem for sedans) 4wd's its ok.

vibrations and gentle bouncing were just what was needed to lull into a relaxed state and sometimes even a deep sleep! Unisex, simple design. Wasn't too fussy or bright and no musical components so didn't overstimulate when we wanted calm! Easy to remove cover to wash all those newborn spills. Blanket kept bub cosy and hasness kept bub secure. Toy bar removeable for quiet times and soft teddies on it were removeable for when bub gets a little more adventurous with their mouth! Nice and deep seat helped keep our bub feeling safe and snug, Easy to put together (even by a heavily pregnant woman!!)

but I am so so glad I ordered it when I did-I'd pay the same 10 times over! It would be worth it! After 3 days and nights and going onto a fourth my baby girl cried and cried and cried - I had bundled her into the car to get her to sleep which always worked but not for long enough. The motion soother was delivered on the 4th day and she instantly settled to the soothing gentle car like motion and sounds. The seat also has melody and volume options and although it can only be operated by battery - it doesn't churn through batteries at all like I expected. The detachable arch was great to keep her occupied whether she was looking in the rear view mirror or batting at the dangling toys you can also peg other toys for baby to keep it interesting. The removable seat cover was yet another clever feature was perfect for little (or big) nappy leaks.. All in all I simply cannot say a negative word about this godsend of a product! It was effective over and over again!

and really this was a sanity-saver for both mum and bub. It's attractive and not too loud in this colour scheme. It has several functions, rocking, vibrating and music, which can be used with or without each other. It has 5 rocking speeds and I didn't notice much difference between them. I found even the lowest speed a little fast until baby got used to it. You can hand-rock until they get used to the battery-operated action and speed. My baby was literally a little frightened of it at first. Nonetheless I think overall these are a brilliant idea. Great idea in the first few months Outgrow it quite fast. Different size batteries in one side to the other.
