service; they were punctual, professional, and kind throughout. They genuinely cared about my success in driving! I transferred my international license to QLD license. They boosted my confidence and developed my skills when it came to driving on the motorway (highway) and they also provided refresher lessons prior to the test for driving in general (inclusive of, but not limited to manoeuvres, merge or form 1 lane, changing lanes, various speed zones, parallel parking, reverse exercise). Furthermore, I found them to be very efficient in their communication response time so I was not left wondering when they will get back to me. And liasing with Ali and Husne on a schedule and timeframe (including any changes) was so easy and straightforward.

Individual Instructor review - The driving instructor duo have made me feel like family! Ali is very calm (which helped me to also be calm) and very technical and thorough with driving skills as whenever he gave instructions or advice, he would refer to the TMR rules and guidelines (including measurements and reasons), for example, how far you should be away from the curb in the various scenarios, and the time to check and merge safely on the various speed roads, etc. Husne was like a mum; she genuinely cared about me, always providing positive comments throughout the drive, making me feel comfortable to learn (and calming my nerves, especially on the highway – the first day was hilarious!) She also knows what she’s talking about and is well versed with the TMR road regulations and expectations.

Overall, Husne and Ali were the best people to help enhance my driving skills. I have successfully transferred my international license to QLD license, and I am so grateful them for this! And I know if you engage them in your driving journey – whether it be first time learner or refresher leaner (for transferring international license or in general) – you will not regret it!

life-saving. When my daughter was on her P's I bought her some defensive driver training and I think this was the most powerful present I ever bought her. I did the courses with her and Murcotts did an excellent job in proving and more importantly disproving common perceptions of speeds and reactions. This type of training should be mandatory.

purchase process, and when I tried to troubleshoot, their support page was broken.

I sent multiple emails with no response. When I eventually called, the person I spoke to already knew the issue, suggesting they had seen my emails but chose not to reply. I was told the developers were aware of the problem but that adding support for my wheel would be expensive, and no timeframe could be provided.

At that point, I followed up via email to ask for a workaround or refund. I was told that compatibility information was available on the website, but when I pointed out that it wasn’t, and that their support page was broken, there was no apology. Instead, I was told my wheel wasn’t high enough quality and that it “would negatively impact our brand/software.”

While I appreciated the refund, the overall experience was disappointing. There was no acknowledgement of the missing compatibility information or broken support page, and the tone throughout felt dismissive.

If you're considering this program, make sure your wheel is compatible. If the support page is still broken and if the website still hasn't been updated to clearly list supported hardware, I strongly recommend contacting them directly to confirm before purchasing.

received a text saying he wasn't available on the day requested so I asked for our money back and he became very aggressive, argumentative and told me there was a $10 fee because he had to pay someone to do the refund, wth? I told him it was an honest mistake and all he had to do was a quick refund. He complained bitterly because he was working on a Sunday. Omg?! Maybe shut your website down on a Sunday then [Name Removed]? What business in their right mind treats precious customers like this?! None I have ever dealt with. This is on top of a $4.50 card processing fee which is an illegal practice given it is significantly more than any card fee would cost. When we called [Name Removed] a second time and quizzed him about why the website took the payment if he wasn't available on the date requested, he became more abusive, spoke over the top of me and told me to teach my daughter to learn to read. What a nasty and unintelligent human being. It was an innocent mistake which has upset my daughter who was so excited to be booking her driving exam only to be treated like a fool. Clearly, your website is the problem [Name Removed] and your work ethic. Our payment should not have been taken if the date and pickup location was not available. You are the fool, not my daughter because I'll be sure to tell everyone what an idiot and rip off you are. You still owe her $4.50.
