That said, this most recent experience was let down badly by the delivery and communication process.

When we placed the order, we received a confirmation showing a “next day” delivery estimate. While we understood that was optimistic, we reasonably expected delivery within a week. Instead, more than two weeks passed with no confirmed ETA.

We made three separate phone calls to King, each time being told delivery or an update was imminent, but nothing followed. Allied (the delivery partner) advised that the product had not even been released to the warehouse, and our emails went unanswered. We ended up having to chase updates ourselves and coordinate between King and their logistics partner just to get basic information — which was frustrating and not what we expect from a premium brand.

Ultimately, the issue was only resolved after raising the matter via ProductReview, which is disappointing. While we appreciate that the situation was eventually addressed and the product delivered, it shouldn’t take external escalation to get clarity or action on an order.

In summary: outstanding product quality, but the delivery experience and communication fell well short and significantly detracted from what should have been a straightforward purchase.

impressed as the back cushions were not level & the inner contents did not fill the material. This left it looking wrinkled & corners with a void. At the time did not think to mention as I thought this was the norm. Visited a King living store today to look at purchasing another sofa for a different room & noticed the neo. This sofa looked amazing, all the back cushions perfectly straight and the inner cushions filled the fabric beautifully. Left the store feeling deflated, spent so much on this sofa, alongside so many other items. Spoke with staff, who asked if I had cared for it in the same way I would my car!!! Then asked if anyone had been sitting on it!! They suggested I contact their customer service & send photos, which I will do. Hoping it can be rectified!!

for more than a decade. They are white leather and have been well used (sitting on the couch now). The leather quality is good and cleans up really easily with a wipe. They look good (I updated the legs about 3 years ago but only because I could.. I now gave black ones). Anyway We have never had any issues with King Opera and so I just thought I would share a genuine positive, enduringly happy experience.

fabric, pokes you like (multiple) splinters. Having outlaid circa 7K, I feel this is a product weakness King Living should have already addressed - if feather pillows don’t poke you when you sleep, why does my expensive lounge poke me when I sit on it?!

From my experience, the sales staff do a brilliant job at deflecting less than favourable feedback and concerns from reviewers. I do wish that I paid more attention to the overall weight of concerns by reviewers. This feather issue is not new.

Simply put, King has good-looking lounges but you don’t get a comfortable lounge that you expect. What’s the point of steel frames when you sit on the lounge and get poked by little splinter-like feathers. You end-up concluding that you are not “comfortable” with your $7,000.00 decision and there are regrets for sure.

Very poor customer service‼️

For such an expensive lounge I should be able to put the footrest down without it extending all the way out for no reason‼️ There is never anything in the way. I need to know how to permanently disable the st>pid sensors‼️

trusting the brand’s reputation for premium quality and long-lasting comfort. Unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing.

It hasn’t even been a year, and the recliner mechanism already doesn’t function smoothly. For a sofa in this price range, I expected exceptional performance and reliability — instead, it feels like a poor investment. I genuinely feel ripped off and let down by the quality and durability. Would not recommend based on my experience.

doesn’t work. The service guy came after a month and he repaired only 1 button (that’s the information he received) and gave me his next schedule after a month. Looks like all their products are faulty and these people are incredibly busy mending them. I’m so done with this and asking for full refund. I’m not going to accept any repairs. And they should give me compensation for all these hassles. Otherwise I’m taking them to court.

trash. Within weeks we had so many marks, scratches and stains (even though we always use coasters). We contacted customer service and waited a month for their response "the issue appears to have been caused by an external factor and is therefore not covered under warranty" The issue is their cheap quality marble, if it was of excellent quality it could withstand the smallest of marks. Just like the marble used in our kitchen bench.
