Best finance and novated lease service – This is my second time using Auto Car Finance. Very professional, excellent advice and knowledge on vehicles and taxation woth novated leases. I got great trade in when I started my lease.

Only got 1 star because I can’t give 0 stars. Poor communication. Do not return calls and do not return emails. Very difficult to deal with and have now left their service.

he claimed he can't see anything wrong from his end.

It took 6 months to get solid evidence that he's ripping off me from there. When confronted, he quickly updated my account with all the money he stole and says it was a simple mistake.

I didn't even get the full refund as he claimed some 'special admin fee' for some items which never mentioned anyone.

Avoid this guts like a plague.
