Service, shipping and frame good quality. I have had 2 trampoline mats fail due to stitching rotting and several springs rust out. They seem to last about 2 years each time. Replacement process easy enough Show details

Trampoline I was supplied with is faulty. Net not tight, kids bang into poles, net too loose & blows around in the wind, very unsafe. Picture on website was not what I was supplied with. Matter still unresolved with Jumpflex. Show details

every single day. No exaggeration. It’s become part of our routine. Burn energy, have a laugh, and keep them entertained without needing screens.
The size is perfect for little ones. It’s low to the ground so I’m not stressing about them climbing on and off, and it feels really stable which matters when you’ve got two toddlers going hard on it.
The bar is a game changer. For younger kids especially, it gives them that bit of confidence to actually bounce properly instead of just wobbling around. Mine use it to hold on, balance, and get a proper rhythm going. You can see them improving every day.
It’s also been awesome for coordination and just getting them moving. Proper energy burner, which as any parent knows… is gold.
If you’ve got little kids and you’re on the fence, I’d buy it again in a heartbeat. It’s simple, solid, and actually gets used, which is more than you can say for half the stuff we buy them.

Round 12' this time around. It was very easy to construct and found that we could put the OzUltimate closer to the retaining wall without the kids hitting it when jumping around. Also no screws with the OzUltimate.

sat out in the elements now for 11 years. In that time I have replaced the mat twice (so 3 mats over a period of 11 years), and there has been no special care given to the trampoline. It has been excellent and seen 9 grandchildren grow up, getting bigger, bouncing on it. It is big enough to be safe (kids not falling off edges) and also to allow a couple of people on it at once. A great product, durable and the service (when we needed new mats) was excellent. Helpful and quick. Could not recommend highly enough.

enough for my 18 year old and my 11 year old who both do flips and tricks. It has enough mat space for consecutive tricks too. The netting is secure and strong and has been used a lot and never ripped.
The assembly was great...took a few hours with 2 men, way better than the one we did 10 years ago. Good instructions, all the pieces fit well.
I had high expectation and they were all met, it is used constantly and has been outside for 12 months and shows no signs of weather damage at all (and Melbourne has had some huge storms).

company & was offered apology, advised they had limited time due to warehouse closure over Xmas but would endeavour to send the missing parts. As of the 6th Jan I have received no update. No delivery. Company closed. Not good enough in my view, paid $2500+. Disappointing Xmas for three kids aged 4, 6 and 9. 10. The kids check the door daily waiting for a delivery. Despite the missing box they lack communication about delivery. Had to email them to ask if I’d even receive it in time for Xmas. I get more updates from Target after spending $30. I regret the purchase. Couldn’t tell you about the product itself because I can’t use it. So it gets 1 star.

times that hubby had to come out & assist me as I didn't have the upper body strength for a couple of pieces. Can be assembled about 70% with one person then call in the second person every now & then to assist.

I was impressed with the quality of the materials and all the safety features of it. I'm happy I chose this brand & model.

around a year. Over the last roughly 6 months, springs have started to break away from the frame. I weigh 63 kilos so I don't think the breakage can be attributed to excessive weight. Although still usable with 3 springs broken, I have now replaced it, as it's only a matter of time before it's unsafe and unusable. For me, as an entry level rebounder it worked fine and I was able to prove to myself that it's worth me buying a better quality one. For the price, it's not terrible value for money, but I hate sending more waste to landfill. All other parts are still in good condition but there's no way to repair the springs short of possibly welding them back on.

from age etc. We wanted the exact same swing set so we purchased another one in December this year 2025 for xmas and the shrinkflation is literally in your face visible, the swings have literally shrank in size, same swing set same price but smaller? And the company thinks this is ok, because none will notice, noone will know, unless of course your like me and you already own one and are replacing old with new?

The product is designed to fail and will capture water and rust from the inside out. Be warned this product and Company relating to exclusive… Read more
warranties offered for the advertised rust guarantee (10 years) will not be honoured. To give context we do not live near salt water or do we live in what there warranty states as Excessively High Moisture Area. And if that doesn't fit their narrative to refuse warranty, despite you informing them of your maintenance of the product.
So a warrant initially was claimed after doing those inspections that 99% of most other owners would probably not do. However I am not one of those owners of things I buy, I tend to look after my stuff. I noticed the paint bubbling on three leg mounts when I looked further and when to perform "maintenance", the pain came straight off with a large portion of flaked rust. I got photos and quickly sent an email.
Initially straight away, it was a return email saying it was "wear and tear". After advising them of what fair wear and tear was, then a long drawn out back and forth of emails started. Initially they agreed to replace the three legs and asked me to check the part, I also asked about replacing the saftey matt at my cost as it was needed (for maintenance). Happy days right, I thought so too, but that only lasted for a brief moment.
I got right under and notice more bubbling panting on the other legs and wondered why, it was weird why these were rusting all in that one place and it appeared from the inside out. INSIDE OUT, very important.
So I updated the contact as Global Fitness (Lifespan) and then they replied with, "t is still considered as a high moisture environment" and "we reckon the period of time you have had this trampoline is possible for the trampoline to develope rust if no maintenance has been performed for 4 years."
I asked for explanations with zero answer to the questions. And have no replied to any emails since. Before they twist the story with what ever do with this. There is paper trail and yes I have reviewed on other sites and will continue to.
