When I contacted Infa Group, they dismissed the issue and claimed it must have been washed with a tissue, despite the photographs clearly showing the lining falling apart due to poor quality. This explanation was inaccurate and frustrating.

Overall, I’m very unhappy with both the product quality and the customer service. I would not recommend this product based on my experience.

trips all over the place. Reasonably easy to clean too. The only thing we have noticed is the seat cover comes off easily which is good and bad, it can come off when getting out of the seat. Otherwise I highly recommend this product.

to most other car seats). The main issues are that it's listed from 0 years, however the seat does not lean back at an adequate angle for young babies. It's more suited to older babies who already have the ability to sit up slightly or with some head control. The cushion for the head is adjustable, but unlike other car seats, you have to unthread/thread the straps behind it to change the height. The cushion can also only be adjusted between 3 different heights, and the highest setting is not suitable for longer babies (we had to remove it from 4 months of age).

On unboxing I found there was an issue with the recline foot not locking in, not the end of the world this happens or so I thought and having heard good things about Infasecure's customer service I believed it would be resolved quickly. I have since received conflicting advice (first it would need a replacement part, then that it was fine to use as is despite there being a place for it to lock it and the moulding not aligning) and terrible customer service (appears you need to call or facebook message if you'd like a response) from Infasecure for no resolution. Considering this is a car seat that my baby's life could depend on in an accident I'm now hesitant to use it given the conflicting advice. As this is the new model of the attain I'm unsure if I got a lemon missed at QA or the manufacturing fault is widespread.

In short great car seat if it arrives working and you don't need to contact Infasecure. Not worth the extra for the Isofix either worth sticking with the Attain premium

Best convertible booster seat. Wish these were still available so that we could purchase another one. Fits perfectly in both cars and gives our older children enough space sitting beside it as well.
