did not dry up my skin – This is an excellent product in helping my acne-prone skin get better. It didn't break me out and keep the moisture in place while not creating excessive sebum. I've had a good experience with this one! Show details

Great scrub but leaves a residue on your skin – This scrub, for the most part, is great. The beads/particles are very small, there is no scent that irritates your skin, the consistency is very… Read more

creamy and a little goes a long way. It definitely leaves my skin feeling smooth & even all over and not red or sensitive. I guess the word "polished" is very fitting. However, after rinsing it off, a residue is left on your skin that feels like a layer of cream or something. No amount of rinsing with warm water will remove it and you must cleanse in order for your skin to feel clean. There is no way that you could wipe this off like the directions state, or use this at the sink instead of in the shower. They are the only issues I have with this product - that it is a scrub that requires a second step and definitely needs to be used in the shower. Not harsh like scrubs with large particles (like apricot scrubs) that leave your skin feeling "raw" Leaves a "film" on your skin that requires cleansing to remove

Can’t live without it! – I received a sample numerous years ago. It is now my go to every day moisturiser. I also use it for a primer when doing my makeup! It’s soft like velvet. I love it Show details

Still great after all these years – I’ve been using this scrub since I was young and it’s still every bit as good. Gives a very gentle but highly effective exfoliating experience. Makes your skin soft and radiant. Show details

pricier than some other very effective boy creams, it lasts for ages and tends to go a long way. It spreads quickly and easily and I love especially to douse my driest spots like my elbows, ankles and knees with this luxurious cream. Has no strong scent so can be used by both me and my husband and children if need be. Nice thick cream which richly moisturises the skin. Not the cheapest of body creams.

Best eye cream I've ever used...you get what you pay for! – I have used many, many different eye creams...ranging from cheap supermarket/chemist brands to more expensive labels (including Dermalogica & Estee… Read more

Lauder) and never see the results they promise to deliver but this eye cream is amazing, I did my research & after seeing one review stating 'this is like botox in a bottle for your eyes' I decided to head to Myer & pay the almost $60 price tag for this miracle eye cream. I am impressed, and saw results immediately and within about 2 weeks my eyes looked brighter & more firm, less lines & bags...it's been about a month now & I use this morning & night, and still impressed. It actually works and does what it says - in this case you get what you pay for, a decent eye cream that actuallly gives you results!!! I must admit it is on the pricey side but wouldn't you rather spend a little more on an eye cream that will make you look like you've had botox around the eyes...rather than wasting your time & money on other "cheaper" eye creams that don't do anything?

This comes in a little tub, screw the lid off, put your finger in (little unhygenic - would be the only con) and then dab a small amount under & above the eyes. A little goes a long way - so will last a long time! I would estimate this tub would last 6+ months being used morning and night on the eye area. Definately worth a try!!! Actually see results in first 1-2 weeks, a little goes a long way, suitable for sensitive skin, nice packaging, I love that it works! Expensive (but you get what you pay for, and this is top quality!!!) & also the tub is a little bit unhygenic because you have to dab your finger into it to apply the product (although I always wash my hands before applying)

small amount on your hand. Turn the water off in the shower to make sure you can use it properly lovely fresh minty or foresty smell. Leaves skin feeling ultra soft and smooth, removed all my dull and bumpy skin on my arms. price. its always only found in large department stores such a myer or david jones and its never on special or clearance sales. The tub is hard to use in the shower as it fills up with water.

Okay eye cream – The flat metal applicator is really good on this eye cream. The applicator is metal and cooling on the skin and helps give a good massage when applying. The cream is slightly tinted and is a good eye cream for nourishment. It is okay to try.

spilled more than half the container after 2 attempts to use the moisturiser. When I ordered online - and as a first time user - it wasn't apparent that you needed to separately order a nozzle or dispenser, in order to use the moisturising jelly. (The website prompted me to select free samples - yay! - but not a nozzle so that I could actually use my products.) When I opened up the container, I thought that the jelly texture must mean you don't need a nozzle. Nope - after using it twice, I have spilled more than half of the product.

I attempted to contact Clinique several times to try obtain a nozzle for my product, and to suggest they make it clear for first time users that you need to separately order a nozzle but their customer service has been absent. The hotline isn't working, the instant chat forum 'thanked me for my feedback' but terminated our chat when I asked if there was any further avenue I could use to escalate my complaint, and the facebook message similarly directed me back to their phone number or instant chat (even though my FB message said I had already tried using those two complaint avenues).

In my opinion, beauty products shouldn't need assembling (Paula's Choice at least comes with the nozzle in the same packet - love their vitamin C serum!), and you should probably remove references to your customer service hotline if it is no longer operating.

Will go back to my usual beauty products, and avoid the hassle of Clinique going forward.
