Can someone please tell what country the ActronAir Serene Series 2 is manufactured in? I’m having trouble finding this information

Hi shanexu3, thanks for the question. The popular Serene Series 2 is designed and built for Australian conditions, it is one of our few products not manufactured locally. It is made in China.
Can/do you install split systems on a interior wall and is there much mess after install. As in plaster, painting etc. My home is double brick. Thanks.

Hi Ann, I have mine installed with no mess at all. They just needed a hole for the hoses to go to the outside unit. And this hole is covered by the split.
do the vanes move side to side in the serene2? can i adjust the vanes to position i want, both vertically and horizontally?

Are these units suitable for multi head installation ie. 2x2.65kw indoor units from the 6/7kw outside unit
Hi Peter, no the units cannot be installed that way in that example scenario. They can be multi split matching the outdoor compressor.

Hi Sophie, not sure why I received your question as I am a customer. But, if helps, you can buy a generic remote control. It works fine.

Hi ,we purchased our Actron serene air con October,we are very happy with unit very quiet and cool ,only thing is sometimes air is bit cold ,I'm not sure if I'm doing right settings ,I'm on cool mode 25 deg maybe I have fan on wrong setting,we are pensioners so try an use sparingly,any ideas greatly appreciated David ...
