I have a stirling 23 litre. Its old and has never been used. The model is IA 3807/705632. I dont have the instructions. Can anyone help out?
I have a problem with the door hinge pressure. Doesn't close completely. how would I go about rectifying or removing door. Have tried the front screws but doesn't reveal hinge access. Any suggestions. Thanks Brewster
I have owned this air fryer for 2 yrs and the only trouble with it is trying to keep it clean. Apart from that it is a great oven. We would use it every day and it keeps going. When the time comes and it breaks down we will definitely buy another.
What are the cooking trays, basket ect made of it doesn't say, only that the outside is stainless steel. I wanted no Teflon or aluminium cooking trays/ basket. Thanks
Can I buy replacement shelves?
Can't find anyone who sells spare parts for this machine ... hence, it ended up in the recycling bin for council pickup.
Hi Jenny, If you could please provide the model number of the unit, we can look into this for you. It is usually alpha-numeric (numbers and letters). It should be on the back or bottom of the unit, as well as on the front cover of the instruction manual.

I purchased one of these a couple of months ago, last night the fan started squealing like the bearings are worn out. How can I get this fixed under warranty?
If (and the word here is IF) you purchased this directly from ALDI, it is covered by a 12 months warranty. Hopefully you kept the register receipt for warranty purposes. If you didn't you will need to track down the date and time of the transaction if you used EFTPOS and the store will find the receipt for that date/time. The manual that came with the air fryer should have contact details in the back of it for who to contact in the event of a warranty claim. Warranty claims for these big/electronic/electric items are handled by a third party company on behalf of ALDI. I have found them to be very helpful in the past.

Hi John. I've just had the same issue and I fixed it by bending the hinge the door is attached to back in. It is made of thin sheet metal and it is buckling outwards and the crimp bolt in the middle of the hinge gets caught on the edge of the hinge hole in the front bezel. I just used a flat head screwdriver to bend the hinge back in and the edge of the hole in to make sure it doesn't happen again.

As this oven has no pause function, can you open the door while the oven is still on to turn food over etc?
Of course you can, it won't interrupt the timer, remember to wear hand protection, that stove gets HOT!

I purchased this unit from Aldi just before Christmas 2021 and have used a few times , however, the fan turns on and off half way through the air fry program and I rang the customer support number Tempo located in the Philippines to ask if it was normal but was not much help. I figure from some of the other comments on here that it is a fault so may have to return it to Aldi. Annoying, because If this was not happening * it would be a really good addition to the kitchen
No problems with ours to date, suggest you return it for s replacement, because a cash return would not purchase an equivalent air fryer
