I have just bought the Aldi Ambiano 3.3 l digital air fryer and can’t get the touch screen to respond when icons are pressed. I’ve tried different pressure and speed of touch but it still won’t work. Any advice please?

I bought ambiano air fryer about 2 rs ago and used it for 1st time last bight ..it blew a fuse out on all my electrics except light..can I get a refund after all this time..I would be scared to try it again. No receipt after all this time of course val d
Bring it back to store of purchase. They are usually very good and will replace it or refund you if you can show them a photo of bank account with purchase of air fryer. Even without a receipt they have way's they can track the purchase down.
My air fryer model number 1A2361 is coming up with the code E2 just before it sounded like the fan was making noises. What can I do please.

Can I get a replacement rack for Model IA4277 5L Ambiano Air Fryer. I have been very happy with it but the 4 rubber supports for the rack are beginning to disintegrate.
You can buy silicone liner's for them on eBay that's about the only solution. The Teflon is terrible on these.
I’m finding it difficult to read functions around side of front can only see times clearly is anyone else getting the same problem
Hi, I have a the Ambiano 7 litre unit, it has had very little use in the three or so years that I've had it. I intend on using it more so it's on the bench, powered up at all times BUT, I noticed the other day that the power light is not on !? I touched the screen where I guessed it was and it was indeed still on ! Can this be repaired ? I'm assuming that it's well out of warranty ! I'm also assuming that they should be turned OFF at the wall when not in use !?!?
It could be just powering down to save energy. If it works I wouldn't worry
Hi Mick, mine is a 5ltr, nonetheless mine is always on the bench, but always unplugged when not in use. I don't believe there is a problem. If you turn it on at the wall the red light will come on, and go off until you press the menu key and quickly select you cooking option which is pre programmed for most options... Happy cooking...
I don't think it was saving power for me, I think the power light is GONE but that's all good. Someone else said that half of there display went !? I just powered mine back up and that's the only light that doesn't appear. SO, I'll be taken a pic of it while most things are working just in case (-: Thanks for your feedback !
I have just bought an Aldi 7 Litre Digital Steam Air Fryer and the rack has little rubber spacers on it. Are these to stop it rattling around during transportation or do they stay on. Of all the images on the accompanying paperwork, one small image shows them in place and a larger image shows them removed. Has anyone noticed this?
Hi, They will stay during operation, rubber that is used can withstand the temperature, if you don’t use rubber rack will rattle due to airflow inside chamber
